Relatively straight forward service task to enable new remotes for vehicle. No problems whatsoever. Made an appointment beforehand and work was completed on time as promised and within estimate. Nice lounge to wait in for an hour & friendly, courteous staff.

Service was very friendly. While I do understand keeping staff at a minimum on Saturdays, one service rep and technician is not efficient. Beginning and end there was a bit of a wait to be assisted. And it was disheartening to pay over $300 for service only to find that my car had not been washed or vacuumed--specifically due to short staffing.

After purchasing my 2015 Cadillac SRX from the dealership everyone fell off the face of the earth. After two months of waiting I still didn't have my license plates. Fast forward to ten calls (at least) into the dealership) and I received zero response to phone calls and voicemails. After waiting on hold with the DMV for an hour I found out the dealership forgot to check a box to order new license plates. Now I have to make an appointment, spend time out of my busy day to go to the DMV, and PAY for my license plates. I know it's said too often but this was the WORST customer service I've received in years.

Took my SUV to the NC Cadillac GMC to put a new engine in it. They did a good job putting the engine in but what they failed to do was to check that the Fuel Injectors were clean and in good working order around the engine. So, 10,000 miles later the engine fails!! Yes, it failed and when I brought it back into the shop, they said that was NOT UNDER my 100,000 mile engine warranty. They wanted a lot of money! So, I towed it out of there to a more affordable mechanic who checked all the Injectors and found not just what they quoted me but TWO MORE Faulty Injectors.

Subsequently after I took in my vehicle for the engine replacement TWO times for oil changes, they never offered me Fuel Injection cleaning service. Jiffy Lube did on my mothers HONDA ACCORD!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.

During my initial inquiry i neglected to realize that I shouldn't be truck hunting while having escrow open. I had already made Shay from NCBC work very hard to get a good deal for me on a truck before I had to unfortunately back out of it. I felt awful and wanted to make it up to him. I waited an additional month for escrow to close and Shay was awesome through out the entire ordeal, keeping me posted on the available trucks.

After my escrow had closed I drove the two hours to Escondido from Palm Springs to make the deal on the truck. Shay worked very hard again to get me another great deal on a truck and I could not be happier. I couldn't get the truck home the same day so Shay was awesome and worked it out for them to deliver the truck to me a few days later.

This was the best vehicle-buying experience I have ever had! Mike Sudik and Shelia Hays, the internet sales team at North County Buick Cadillac GMC, are truly exceptional. I worked primarily with Mike Sudik when special ordering my new 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD. I knew exactly what options I wanted and had done my homework regarding price, so I scheduled an appointment to get started with the ordering process. I was ready for the typical dealership sales pitch, but I was pleasantly surprised when Mike sat me down in his private office and walked me through all of the vehicle options with no hard-sell pitch. He seemed truly motivated to help me order the exact truck I was looking for and offered a price that was very fair with no nonsense. I placed the order for the truck, and Mike kept me informed about the build status each week through e-mail. Once the truck shipped from the factory, Mike even worked with the delivery company to be sure that it made it to the dealership in time for a 2000 mile trip I had planned. When I went in to pay for and pick up the truck, Mike walked me through everything I needed to know and got me in and out in an efficient fashion, again with no nonsense. Mike will tell you that he is not a typical car salesman, and he truly means it. He is an honest, transparent, and generally great and friendly guy that was willing to go the extra mile at every step of the car-buying process to make sure I stayed informed and remained satisfied. I will definitely stay in touch with him for any future car-buying needs for myself or my friends, and I highly recommend the internet sales team at North County Buick Cadillac GMC if you want a fair, transparent, and no-hassle car-buying experience too.

I was trying to ask questions about service I would need to schedule for my vehicle and he gave me his card and walked me out the door saying to call later to ask. That was very unprofessional as he didn't take the time to answer what I was asking.

I brought in my GMC 2016 Yukon SLE which I bought from this dealership. I am having issues where my dash board/radio go dark at random times. So I set up an appointment with a service department rep to drop it off on Monday. I finally received a text on Wednesday afternoon that they would not work on it because I had after market running boards that were not installed by your tech and different head lights. They said that the wires for the running boards were hooked up to a communication line. I asked if the company who installed them cut any wires and Hutch said not. I also explained that I hooked up the HID lights and they are just plug and play. This experience has been very disappointing. I spent lot of money to buy this vehicle and I was expecting to always be taken care of by you guys only to be dropped in the mud. I would like to discuss this issue with the General Manager or the Owner to see if we can fix this issue. For now I will never bring my vehicle to you and/or buy a vehicle from again. I will go to a different GMC dealer to get it worked on.

My mom takes her Cadillac here often and trusts them. If you are disposed to get a GM, and Cadillac in particular, get the extended warranty. As I stated, my mom is there ALOT. (Get a Honda instead.)

I found that North County Cadillac/GMC may have been the worst experience that I have ever had buying a car. When someone brings up "used car salesman" that is exactly what they were like. I was shuffled through 4 sales people and one manager before I could finally buy the car. When it came time to take delivery, I was assigned to another salesperson to walk me through the car and all it's features, she disappeared after about 5 minutes and never returned leaving me with a newly purchased car not knowing how to use any of the features. To top things off I have called and left a message for the manager Joe Gould along with 2 emails requesting info on the "certification", needless to say he has never returned any of my calls. With all the different GMC/Cadillac dealers in the area I would definately suggest talking to any of them except North County GMC/Cadillac

Love this place!
Todd in the service department is very honest, has always given me a call to let me know if they find anything wrong with our truck before any work is done on it.
I even bought a new truck for my husband at this location and the salesman got me a great deal. When I called and talked to my dad he was really surprised at how awesome my buying experience was and said he would definitely buy a vehicle from here if he lived closer.

You really don't want to hear about my many proble...

You really don't want to hear about my many problems at your dealership. It really started about two years ago, when I took the truck in to have the windshield washer fixed. The "empty" light kept coming on after that trip. I didn't use the truck for months, so I didn't bother with the light. Meanwhile, every time I started the truck, the battery was flat. I found that the battery was never tied down or connected properly. I fixed that problem! Finally, recently, I took the truck in for servicing and to have the light fixed. After one week, I was ready to tell them to forget the light, the dealer said that when they removed the instrument cluster, the light went away?? So, when I got the truck back, I found that the hood release cable had been pinched when the battery and accessories were reinstalled. Just after finding this problem, I took the truck in for a smog check(01-16-19) and it failed the check. The technician fixed the cable problem, but said that the oxygen sensors heaters were not reset. I have to leave the truck set overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours and then turn on the key for at least five minutes without starting the engine to reset the heaters. That is where I stand right now. I will have to pay for another smog check and hope that the truck passes this time. Am I happy with all of the current and past events? NO!!!! Terry Welty

Hutch Green my service adviser really knows the GMC DuraMax diesel in the pickups. He diagnosed the code and had the ARS valve replaced the same day. On the test ride they found a bad front wheel bearing that I had heard earlier thinking it was just a brake pad rattle. The mechanic had it replaced early the next day.

I am 1 year into my lease. Once they found out I no longer wanted to have my oil changed with them They refused to fix my engine problem (2 burnt fuel injectors) until I had my oil change. I explained I had mileage left and it didn't need to be changed yet.
Now that my oil is changed, I still have engine problems, and have to schedule another time to go in and take time work. Ridiculous, this is my 3 time my truck has been in the shop in 11months. Less then 25k miles.

After test driving several other brand mid size trucks and ready to upgrade out of a 2017 Tacoma I decided to test drive a GMC Canyon. From the moment I stepped onto the North County GMC, Cadillac, Buick dealership, Mike Winczewski educated me on the Canyon during the test drive. He and his manager Joe were respectful of my need to sleep on my decision. Mike's courteous follow up calls and communication to answer additional questions were responded to promptly. I have been to numerous resorts and my experience at this dealership mirror my experience of 5 star world class service by a great team of people. They provided a great trade in value for the Tacoma I traded in and had discounts that gave me a great value on the brand new GMC Canyon Denali I purchased. Originally would post five stars because of the great customer service and good deal I got on my car and trade in, but stars off for misinformation. During the time we were checking out APRs for my auto loan I asked about using USAA and was told they don t take first time car buyers, I called USAA personally and was told that was misinformation / they don t turn away customers based on first time buyers. I could have had a potentially lower APR from the beginning and now I ll have to refinance and look into payoff. Big inconvenience. Transparency would be nice for future customers. I would recommend future customers inquire about auto loans and APR rates prior to coming here.

This is my fifth vehicle from this dealership and ...

This is my fifth vehicle from this dealership and probably the last. Upon purchasing my most recent truck i was informed that the security had been forgotten to be installed, they forgot to weigh it so I had to make a return trip, I was told the DEF fluid only needs to be changed/added at oil changes which I knew wasn t true but was instituted as fact to a buyer. I just got my truck serviced for recalls and a the check engine light came on. Took it in immediately after my local mechanic explained the computer stated the engine light was for the catalytic converter. Told the service dept this. Picked my truck up and they said it was my steering column cause if the engine light. I left and halfway home the engine light came back on. Obviously it was just reset and I was left to deal with more problems. As I don t have time for this, I ll be taking it to Marvin k brown.

I am more than happy to describe my recent experience in purchasing an automobile from North County Buick GMC Cadillac dealership.

In a word, excellent. My initial sales contact, Peter Bernon, was a true professional. He took me for a test drive and apprised me of all the various technologies that can be confusing but were not once explained.

Pete's manager, Gabriell(forgot his last name) was also very helpful and patient when teaching me how to use the technology. I also must praise the Service Department which I needed to visit for a minor adjustment.

I have bought many cars over the years at many different dealerships and North County is by far the best.

Service was good to excellent. I deduct two stars because of the scheduling process. I had scheduled a 12:30 appointment, on line. I live about a 30+ minute drive away, waiting for service is really my only option.
When I arrived (at 12:30), the counter guy told me that his crew were on lunch until 1PM. That my appointment was for 1PM. I showed him my confirmation email for 12:30. All he could do was shrug.

Cost me half an hour. Deducting two stars may be harsh, but I would like someone to look into this.

I made an appointment with Jeremy Powell who has been my Service Tech and always taken good care of me during the time I owned a 2008 Saturn Vue and now the 2012 Buick Verano. I came in for an oil change, but they were very busy, so he ordered a car for me to drive while my Verano was in for the oil change and checking on a couple of things on the car I wasn't sure of. I paid for 3 oil changes and tire rotations and that was it. Jeremy took very good care of me.

I saw this 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette on the website of North County GMC, contacted the dealership to set up an appointment to see and test drive this car. Mike Sudik was very helpful and friendly. It only took me less than an hour to buy this car from test drive to driving it home. The whole process was so smooth and no stress at all.
