Service was good to excellent. I deduct two stars...

Service was good to excellent. I deduct two stars because of the scheduling process. I had scheduled a 12:30 appointment, on line. I live about a 30+ minute drive away, waiting for service is really my only option.
When I arrived (at 12:30), the counter guy told me that his crew were on lunch until 1PM. That my appointment was for 1PM. I showed him my confirmation email for 12:30. All he could do was shrug.

Cost me half an hour. Deducting two stars may be harsh, but I would like someone to look into this.
