If there was 0 star option definitely would have chosen that. I went due to a family matter in which i was told they would look in to if i brought all my court paperwork in the same day which i later did. One year has passed of me ringing and popping in to see the worlds most useless receptionist. who point blank refuses to get of her chair and find any assistance. However she is more than happy to send a email and hang up the phone when you insist on speaking to someone else. Absolutely terrible this has had a detrimental effect as now i have no paper work to show any other solicitors and they are unbothered by this.
The staff here are so friendly and sensitive to the nature of the conversation. They are professional people who know exactly what they are saying and doing.

Called them regarding Dementia Legal advice and access to the person's estate. The person I spoke to basically acted like I was an idiot. They said "you want advice on Dementia??" I was told to call a government helpline. That's where I was referred from!! Not very good in my opinion...
