He was always on top of everything, he is very professional, he knows the market, he was excellent at evaluating offers, and even better at thinking creatively to negotiate the best outcome for both myself and the buyer. This is coming from someone who has done this before without a realtor! I am a "do it myself" kind of person to an extreme, with enough legal background to sell or buy a house on my own. However, with Kenny's help, I figured I made $15,000 more than I would have made if I sold it myself (and that's including what I paid him). His foresight on pricing, insight on the offers I received, and advice on counter offers we made were all right on target! If my grandma were selling her home (and I love my grandma more than just about anyone in the world!!!), I would tell her to use Kenny as her realtor.

Megan Wall represented sellers. Beware. Unprofessional. Sneaky. Tried to sneak in a free seven day time period in the house for her sellers (and apparently the sellers are her family members). Our agent caught that clause and changed. We said no to any rent back but would change closing date if they wanted. They refused. They did NOT honor closing date, as if we had no legal contract. Closing was delayed because they would not leave. The epitome of lack of grace, professionalism and dignity. Run, and fast, AWAY from her representing you, unless you do not care about ethics. And to top it off, they changed to another mirror in one of the bathrooms, between inspection and walk through. We missed it, and bad on us for that, but again, lack of decency and taking items that were nailed to wall...like tv mount, shelves, etc.
