NTA customer service is horrible. Countless delays and additional paperwork and still no payout on short term disability. No one at NTA will speak specifics, and you will be unable to speak with a claims representative. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I submitted a claim for my heart policy (CT of heart with Physician's Prescription) and they denied it because there was no physician's prescription. What? It was the first page with my note on it labeling it as the prescription. They could have also contacted the hospital which performed the procedure, but they did not. This is to warn people that they do not pay legitimate wellness claims. I will be cancelling both my heart and cancer policies with them. I do not think you can count on them!

Boyfriend is a fireman. He got injured while on duty. nta is not paying out amount promised. He pays them almost 70 a month and when he got injured they only paid him 400 instead of the 2k he is suppose to get. They are crooks. Do not give them your money

Completely misrepresented what they will pay. Accident policy is not worth the paper it is written on, and they will go to great lengths to find ways to delay and frustrate the policy holder so as not to pay anything at all. The claims adjusters have ZERO medical background and cannot even accurately translate medical transcripts. Ex: Back Injury....an ER visit, a tordal shot, an MRI, SEVEN epidural steroid shots in L4-L5, pharmaceuticals, and 14 days missed from work. Payout-$250......if you can get them to pay.....I cannot DO NOT waste your money. Look into Aflac or another reputable company.

I was Injured and submitted a Claim for disability the Dr took me off from work for 3 months. NTA paid only 2months and on the 3rd month Mr.Steve-Operations Manager called me and informed me that unless I answer 48 questions NTA would not be able to pay Me!! Mr.Steve told me he would be on Vacation for Christmas. I am STILL waiting for NTA to reach out to my Doctor, I haven't been able to pay ANY of my bills. When you call the company No One Knows Anything!! Mr. Steve has stopped taking my calls and I'm still paying my premium in case NTA decides to send the Disability money I am due. I am very DISAPPOINTED! TRUST ME DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NTA. WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU
