Doctor is not friendly and neither are his medical...

Doctor is not friendly and neither are his medical assistants.
One of my sonographers took 45 minutes.
There was a chart mix up with another patient and myself (wrong info and location)
Nobody explained the insurance coverage with their diabetes supply company and I had unexpected bills.
