I came here under the assumption that they had a store front for purchasing equipment and supplies. I realized when I walked in the front door that they do not, but I was helped nonetheless, as a walk-in customer. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist, who went out of here way to help me, even though her and some other employees were on their way out for a lunch break. She contacted another employee who came up to the front with an assortment of options for the equipment I had come in to buy. He proceeded to take me to the back area where the customer service department was so my order could be processed. The people in the customer service department here are absolutely outstanding. They set me up with an account for future purchasing and orders, processed my order and even offered me a drink while I was waiting for them to finish. We talked a little bit about my purchase and what led me to them, and after telling them I work for a Law Enforcement agency in the area, they discounted my order! I thanked them for their help and just as we were finishing up, a member of management (Robert Miller) came and escorted me back to the front entrance. While we walked we talked a bit and he offered me some advice, and gave me his card telling me to call him directly if I ever needed anything. I should mention, the product I purchased that day came to a grand total of 7.00 dollars.
I think it goes without saying that this level of service goes a long way and is somewhat rare these days. These people went above and beyond anything I expected and I wish I could remember each of their names so I could bring some positive attention to all of them. I will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and co-workers who need product like this and I plan on making future trips for myself!

This company is amazing to work with. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Not a great place to work. Especially not in their accounts payable department. The leadership has no direction on how to get themselves out of a deep dark hole of invoices that hasn't been paid in years. No proper training is provided. The manager has no confidence in how to lead and she has to seek advice from an employee who is also new. It's like the blind leading the blind. I am so grateful I don't work there anymore. They make great products that you pray you ll never have to use. Also the customer service and communication is great.

I could not have asked for better customer service than I received today. Both reps I spoke with went out of their way to provide the best service possible. You can t ask for anything more than outstanding products with incredible service.
