I had a great experience working with Terron, Jon, and Alexis! They were all very helpful and their set-up process is very quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone, large or small businesses, looking for great rates when accepting credit cards. They also sent a tech, Justin, to me to explain and show me how my device works. Great company, friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service which will equal a long term business relationship.

I found NMA a life saver for me as i was turned down from everywhere even from my bank. I get in touch with David Ortiz and he is just amazing. He helped me a lot getting the services for my business.He is very professional and polite.

I believed in NMA when I first signed on as a representative. I had never seen a company with so much Passion and support for its reps and its clients. Over this past year I unfortunately have seen a slow demise. No support and the worst, as an agent, not getting paid out on residuals. I warn all reps looking to move accounts over to be skeptical. I haven't been paid in almost 7months.

Davis Ortiz, was extremely experienced and with everything he recommended it all came out exactly as he projected. I needed a merchant account that I could depend on and it has been perfect ever since.

David Ortiz has been the biggest help to our company. By answering questions and taking time to help us with problems that may even be outside his department. He is amazing at everything he does. For whatever we need David will ALWAYS be our go to person. He definitely knows how to get the job done, we couldn't be anymore satisfied!

This company sucks for small businesses... I was lied to, I was told I would get a better rate than the 3% I was getting and I was actually charged approximately 10% vs. the 3% I was paying with my other company. They charge you a monthly fee for their equipment along with a fee to maintain the equipment. If your not satisfied with their service and you wish to cancel, they charge you a cancellation fee even when your not happy with their service. I do not recommend this company to any small business that accept very few credit cards, pay the 2.5% to 3% intuit or square charges you; I promise you it's worth it.
