Non responsive and innacurate. Company used a comp that was well over 1 year old and outside the geographic range of subject property. Apparaisal came in short. Beware this company
Very Incompetent. Blames Fannie Mae's mandates. But that is not the case. Its just that the appraiser is not competent. Fannie Mae clearly states how to handle exceptions. Seems like this company is too lazy or absolutely incompetent. Also, the Appraisal Report is like a 5th Grader's. Images and Captions are all over and very inaccurate.
Avoid this company specially if your property is in Bethesda MD Area.
good phone support but website can be tough for unusual appraisal orders which i happen to do a lot of. customer service has created a work around for me. i appreciate the support. thank you NVS
