Store is closed indefinitely and isn t marked on goggle. Had I not driven 2.5 hours to get there it wouldn t have been an issue.

Just spent a week backpacking in Nevada and Arizona and my Mystery Ranch MetCalf was amazing throughout the whole trip. Plenty of room and carrying 40+ lbs on my back was a breeze!

You need to update your hours on google! On Google it says open, on the door it says Closed indefinitely . Poor planning on a businesses side and very disappointing.

Only packs I will ever buy. Had my zipper break on my pintler while I was helping a buddy pack out his bull. Called Mystery Ranch the next day and explained my situation. I didn't have time for a normal warranty claim because I was leaving for a week long trip of my own in two days. Mystery Ranch took care of everything. They over-nighted me a loaner pack that day so I could I still use a hunting pack for my trip while they worked on my pack. Customer service was second to none. I was blown away by how they made everything work for me. Not only do they have great service but the packs are great, whether I am day hunting or backpacking, the pack can handle it all. I 100% recommend.

Came all the way from Indiana to see Mystery Ranch. Did not bother to change Google hours listing. Says open but they are closed until further notice. Completely bummed.
