Nortec System A/S Review

Your app is simply too unreliable. It can take several hours to reserve a wash time.

Nortec always provide super professional service and our machines are always in tip top condition, price and quality are well connected

Living in a housing association there are always problems either the machines are broken or the panel does not work where to start the machines could be nice if you can start the machines via your app on the phone .. otherwise very good the machines

If there is a problem, even outside normal opening hours, there is always a sweet employee who is very willing to solve the problem. So thanks to nordtec and their staff.

We have Nortec Totalcare in the property where I live. Both machines, payment and booking are top notch. Their new app is especially recommended. I have a few times needed their help and have only had a thoroughly positive experience with customer service and their technicians.

We went from Miele to e-laundry in my department and never have there been so many problems.

Has i.a. experienced issues with the following:

Slow registration of Mobilepay payment. Forget about washing clothes if you forgot to deposit money into your account in advance and choose to use MobilePay.
2. Payment of money from Dankort was first registered the SECOND time money was deposited. Eg. I paid in 1x 100, -. Received no confirmation per. mail and the balance on the account remained 0, -. In frustration, I chose to pay in 100, - more 20 min later in the hope that it would work. This resulted in me this time receiving confirmation emails from both purchases at the same time and that 200, - were now visible in my account.
3. Transfer of remaining amounts from last month was not recorded correctly. I could in the app observe that 178, - had been registered moved from last month to the current month, as they had not been used. However, my 'Current balance' stood at 0, -, which resulted in me not being able to start a wash as the system did not think I had enough money in my account. This problem was mysteriously solved by itself approx. 30 min after I had canceled a reservation.

Nortec is unable to provide a robust washing solution that works when you need to wash clothes. Has several times been close to tantrums over this machinations of a system.

As area manager in the residential area Tingbjerg in Copenhagen, I initiated an EU tender for the laundry solution for 49 laundries throughout Tingbjerg.
One of the largest offerings seen in the industry.
The focus was on operational safety, and not least top resident service.
Nortec submitted a bid - which was selected.
This meant a significant saving of more than DKK 10 million over 10 years.
This meant a significantly expanded resident service with far greater accessibility.
That meant a replacement of existing in less than 1 month.
This meant a marked increase in satisfaction among the residents.
Then there have only been positive effects and I just have to state that other possible players in the market have not been able to match.
Last but not least, it is a pleasure to make appointments with Nortec.
They keep what they promise every time and everything does not need to be written down. A word is a word.
