We went from Miele to e-laundry in my department and never have there been so many problems.

Has i.a. experienced issues with the following:

Slow registration of Mobilepay payment. Forget about washing clothes if you forgot to deposit money into your account in advance and choose to use MobilePay.
2. Payment of money from Dankort was first registered the SECOND time money was deposited. Eg. I paid in 1x 100, -. Received no confirmation per. mail and the balance on the account remained 0, -. In frustration, I chose to pay in 100, - more 20 min later in the hope that it would work. This resulted in me this time receiving confirmation emails from both purchases at the same time and that 200, - were now visible in my account.
3. Transfer of remaining amounts from last month was not recorded correctly. I could in the app observe that 178, - had been registered moved from last month to the current month, as they had not been used. However, my 'Current balance' stood at 0, -, which resulted in me not being able to start a wash as the system did not think I had enough money in my account. This problem was mysteriously solved by itself approx. 30 min after I had canceled a reservation.

Nortec is unable to provide a robust washing solution that works when you need to wash clothes. Has several times been close to tantrums over this machinations of a system.
