Have an issue with your bed don't expect any thing to be done they just tell you it not their problem and the bed is only six months old and the paint is peeling off along with steel quality issues in their hitch but not their problem it is an isolated issue that's not warrentable.

Norstar does not stand behind their product. Within a year all the hinges on my Norstar flatbed tool boxes rusted and broke off. The powder coat was done poorly. A 2017 flatbed looks like it s a 1996. I would never buy another one of their products.
Norstar has poor quality and doesn t stand behind their warranties I bought a iron bull trailer and the gate latches are welded on in the wrong place plus there is a bunch of powder coat issues all over the trailer. The warranty department as a joke
9/27/15 to 8/31/18 Today was my last day of work at Norstar. I am leaving for personal reasons, but I can honestly tell you this is a company that you really want to work for. Friendly management (Jack Harm s) and as long you do your job they won t mess with you at all. There is definitely money to be made. Abe Harm s is a business man and the reason why I say that is because it s crazy how big this company is now. Nothing to complain the time that I was there all I can say is thank you for the opportunity. GOD BLESS .

I am not one to leave reviews typically. However I feel the public needs to know my experience so either the manufacturer can fix their issues or customers can be informed of their investment.
For those of you in need of a dump trailer. I would NOT purchase an Iron Bull. The Iron Clad Warranty was none exsistant when my company needed it. We left our trailer (in warranty still) at C & S Trailer in Fort Worth TX for warranty work for what seemed to be 4 weeks waiting on answer on weather this manufacturer would cover the cost to repair our trailer.
What happended you might ask?
When lifting the bed up to unload dirt the pump came up through the floor of the Trailer! see picuture attached for reference.
In my photos you can see where there are no welds and where there are just tack welds. 3rd day of waiting to see if my 7 day old trailer they will stand behind and fix? I paid $6,120 Ironbull 10k trailer that is dangerous and over 30 unfinished no penetration welds!!! Unusable after 3 loads tree branches and dirt. Main dump pin separated from trailer causing damage. The weld has no penetration just a surface cover. It had no heat to fuse the metals together.
The guys in receiving are awesome and helpful. They wasted no time getting me unloaded. Texas hospitality!

So far they are behind and say it's got another month to go, I'll change my ratings if the product is outstanding.still waiting for them to call me back 3 days and counting , come on guys it's not that hard to make a call ,send a email , you can still get 5 stars if you try

Purchased new bed for new truck. Powder coating poorly applied; bed seams rusting upon delivery. Tool box doors dished . Bed deck flexes when you walk around on it. Not the quality that I had read about.
Piss poor management, over worked employee's, the workers get little for hard work
Just bought my 4th trailer. Last one was custom built to my specs. Work was done on time. On budget and quality I have come to expect from Norstar . Totally impressed and trust me that's a complement . 271 trailer sales in Paris helped with everything and will buy again .
