I had a bad experience with this TechAspect company. These people are simply waste the others time. Long back I have completed 2 rounds of interview and waited for the offer, after some days I came to know that they don't have the requirement to hire new people, as one of my colleague from the current company joined in TechAspect, just to understand the team leads responsibilities they have taken my interview.

This is highly ridiculous and pathetic, shame on these people who simply waste my time.

Exciting place for hard workers who are ready to accept new challenges. Place where your talent and hard work will never go waste.

The name Techaspect doesn't look catchy and also it is very difficult to understand for someone who hears it for the first time. It is a small and growing company but the technology stack is very limited, they need to work on bringing up multiple technologies and also implement best practices. The career for beginners is good here and the flexibility of work hours is the best

I wont suggest this company for anyone as HR persons are most arrogant and wont respond to your queries, They take their personal references most and wont encourage the talent.

My sincere suggestion to complete HR team is dont try to fool the people for your time-pass, If you have genuine requirement then call the people and conduct the interview.

And I completely agree with Botla chinna review who has given down.. waste people and worst attitude..

In my point of view the work place of tech aspect is calm and quiet. I like the infrastructure of the company.

Good working environment with friendly and approachable management. Flexible working hours and work from home option too. Hard work definitely pays off.
HR department plans for events at regular intervals to keep the employees active and engaged.
Recreation room needs more sporting goods. As of now, it's good but always occupied. A gym at the workplace would be a great addition.

It's just a waste of time. Fake hiring process they actually don't want to hire , after completing 2 rounds of interviews they will keep you waiting for more than a week if u ask for feedback they Will conduct 3 round where they Will ask all irrelevant questions and Keep your waiting for 2 week then will reject you by saying that our current opportunity did not match with your candidature at this point in time. It's all fake they don't need experience candidate it was all time pass . Don't waste your time by trusting there interview process.
