Nice ppl, however, be careful when ordering online. Check all items before leaving store if not there might be an unwanted surprise waiting in the bag once you get home.

This time I went there for my heat press machine. One part was so complicated and I need to get screw. I looked 30 minutes I couldn't find it, but I learned a lot about screws, nuts, washers in this period. Then I asked help for Alan "they call him AL" he took time and looked whit me with patient. Also he took the part and fixed the hole so screw can go smoothly. I end up saving over $45 for this visit. Heatpress company charges $50 for new parts. I spend less than $4. Thanks a lot AL.
Norridge Ace Hardware is top notch. Our delivery driver, Evan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the order I placed. Also, the employees who answered the phone at this store are extremely professional and polite. I am really pleased with the service all around from Norridge Ace Hardware.
Team was helpful when I went to buy a padlock and when I was not sure if it would fit the u-haul, they offered to take me in the back where they apparently had a uhaul parked so I could try the lock.
My wife took our lawnmower to this Ace hardware to be fix under Honda warranty. She was told that the lawnmower will be ready in 30 days. And 30 days later they did not even inspect it, and every time we talk to someone it s seems like they were clueless and make up stores about it. They also tells us that they ll call us back with update and never call us. 2 month later we went and picked up our lawnmower and it was not even touch. One of the problem Ace hardware has is the luck of communication with their 3rd party which fixes equipments for them. Instead, every time you call you get different answer from the first. It seems as if they are overwhelmed and did not care at all. To make a long story short, I was able to tell my story to Honda and referred me to some where else and with in 4 days my lawnmower had been fixed. I would not recommend this place. Worst customers service ever.

5/2021 Found what I needed. But took a long time to get help to find it. Several cashiers and several people outside working. But only 2 inside. Had to wait about 10 minutes to "snag" help. They were helpful finding things right away then. But the wait was longer than I am used to in other Ace Hardware's. When in the area, I will use them again though.
Always friendly and helpful, Bob took care of a custom order for me. Other stores turned me away.
Well run and easy to get help in the aisles to find what you need. Started carrying some Carharrt clothing. Good neighborhood hardware store
