I keep having great interactions with the staff, and I'm enjoying the variety of the terrain. Even when the weather has been less than great, the hills are well groomed and ready for me. Now I just need to catch it after a big dump of snow!

They have a real nice bistro on top of the hill. Nice to take the chairlift up there and enjoy the view while having a bite to eat or a drink. It is available in summer time to enjoy the view. It is also the start of the hike for Cascade mountain. In the winter the ski is close to town and 2 dollars day are once in a while. Enjoy the tubing or the night skiing on the weekends. I think its a great place to discover and see the town of banff from up there. From beginner to advanced this ski hill is great.

Staff is really great and helpful and the location itself is nice. However, it is not a place for families with kids (who are not experienced skiers). Only for experienced skiers - it is really nice place to go. We've purchased lift tickets for Friday night (and it was really nice), and for full day on Saturday. We haven't been able to use Saturday's at all! The place was PACKED! I don't know what pre-purchase and booking is for, since there are no limits to people attending. We could not go through to get to the beginners hill without waiting to pass through the crowd, let alone have kids go down the hill with so many people on it. Pretty disappointed.

Great place close to Calgary to go out for a day of fun we had lots of fun here and most of the staff were extremely helpful. However do not forget to bring your voucher with you otherwise you will be scolded by the ticket staff who don't offer any sort of help. Unfortunately due to this encounter with the arrogant ticket staff this will be our last visit here, sunshine is much nicer and the lift tickets are the same price as norquay if you buy them at Costco. Take the drive to sunshine and you won't be disappointed, their staff will work with you to make your visit enjoyable. Norquay deserves 4.5 stars but the ticket staff took it to 2 stars.

John William Wade and Associates would love to say THANK YOU for such a wonderfully unique experience of Night Skiing! Over the years I have been to Banff hundreds of times, but never went to Norquay. I have skiied umpteen times as well but never at Night . What a cool combination the two made for a brand new fun filled experience! With the flood lights all around the main front of the hill it is very easy to see even with goggles on. The jumps and barrier challenges are fun and accessible to all ages and skill levels. No one tried to rush or shame you. All the boarders and skiiers are friendly and courteous here. Photos here almost look like right out of a Christmas card here! Take your family here. You will not regret this unique, affordable experience.

We went tubing and it was a blast. The food and drink situation was pretty disappointing. Bring stuff to eat but also know there aren't lockers or anything to keep your stuff. We'll definitely be back but will be able to plan better.

We had lots of fun here, going tubing. Some things were pretty limited due to covid regulations and safety, but everyone was still able to have a good time. Not much for food or resting areas, but I feel they've done the best job they can to accommodate.

Loved my first time snow tubing here; we were fortunate to have chosen the morning slide on a clear sunny, not too chilly day in one of the longest tubes in Canada! We first got on to the lane that s called Toilet Bowl , and oh man, was it ever fast and fun! On the curve, I got great height that scared me a bit as I thought my tube would topple over. It s also fun sliding down together, but for safety, please ask the lane attendants first if this is doable. We did just that in our subsequent slides try all the slides to make your 2.5h snow tubing time worthwhile! We felt we were done tubing before 12pm as the first two lanes closed just before lunch, and we didn t want to line up for too long in the other lanes.
