I used to absolutely love working with these guys and recommended them strongly. My old account rep Brian was incredibly helpful and the rest of the dev team was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Since the buyout by EVO, things have noticeably changed, and some of their new practices we find to be both distasteful and unethical. A quick google search shows that EVO recently had a class action suit brought against them for some shady billing practices, and based on what we've seen, that is not at all surprising.
