First class technical quality and superb customer service! Can't say enough good things about these folks. We have "Near-NBN" download and upload speeds in a location where there are no ADSL circuits available and no mobile phone service, yet, using public spectrum wireless technology Node1 brought us first-class Internet for about the same cost of ADSL and NBN service. TOP MARKS.

Been in contact with them to join for over 4 weeks now. I may get a reply once a week if i'm lucky. Was quoted for a basic install by their contractors, they now want to charge me almost double. Not sure why and can't get a reply. All prices are on their website but getting charged higher prices.

The customer support is an absolute joke as well. Another 5 weeks has passed. Been in contact with them for at least 2 months now. I've been told on 3-4 occasions they will contact me regarding getting connected, I've had to contact them each and every time. Emails never get replied to. We will be getting close to 3 month mark soon and still not connected.
I was told great things about node1 by a mate so I've stuck it out till now but I'm starting to have second thoughts. Still contacting node1 once a month and still no time frame as to when I will be connected.

I am so in love with Node 1 my internet is finally doing what it is meant to do WORK. I have put up with another provider (or no provider really) for months and months now who continued to blame my equipment rather than admit their ongoing ongoing congestion issues. I had a fabulous weekend surfing the net with no little circle going round and round and nothing else happening. Not only is my service now quick it is also constant and I was set up in my own home on the same day I applied to change. Cannot get much better than that plus you actually deal with people not only in Australia but in Geraldton, go Node 1 and if you haven't already please do yourself a favour and change over NOW.

Best ISP I have ever had. Goes above and beyond what I expect from an ISP and the support quality is second to none.

Fast Internet if you can get Line of site to one of their towers.
Great support from the team too definitely worth looking into

I joined Node1 via NBN HFC and couldn't be happier. Nothing beats having local (same time zone) support. Speed at peak hours is also very good. Highly recommended.

My experience between lodging a interest in getting services and for a Node1 team member to perform a evaluation to installation has outweigh my expectations - Service was great - Shout out to Matthew Bond who allowed me to try to get connected even though my house was not showing to have connectivity - however I did have line of sight to the QV1 building in the city.

Setup was easy and the 2 installers installed everything perfectly and within 1 hour I was up and running and the speeds lets just say kicks NBN by a long shot!

I can't be more happy with my service and speed I just pray and hope that not too many trees keep growing

I have just joined the NodeOne customer base and had the guy's around today to install the dish on my roof and set up my new router. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking at changing internet providers. I was able to get in contact with them at the start in no time at all and actually speak to someone in Perth, The time between putting through an order and the install day was within afew weeks and the guy's who came out did an awesome job. All this and my internet is now quick as!

Have been on Node1's Fixed Wireless network in Perth for nearly 3 years. Really happy we made the switch from ADSL at the time. The speed and reliability is far superior even now there is FTTC NBN in our area. Customer service is top notch, so glad we can support a WA company!

UNBELIVABLE after being messed around by NBN for over 6 months, because i have a new house that they cant find registered. Node 1 delivered within 10days, on time with to fantastic friendly professional technicians. If you are eligible to connect via node 1. do it seriously what a fantastic service. And the speeds are just an added bonus

Wow, what are service. The other companies should be ashamed particularly TPG and Belong.
You talk to people that not only speak English but also understand you as well and know what they doing.
Installation done by pleasant guys on 2 storey house and speed is wow.
I could not believe my eyes. It is premium price but man, it is worth it.

I switched from NBN because of packet loss issues my ISP couldn't resolve. I should have switched earlier! Node 1 fixed wireless is blindingly fast and very reliable even in weather. The ping is fine. I'm very happy.

Applied and got hooked up within days , had a small issue with connection and they sent someone out ASAP to fix the problem . Connection speed is A1 . Was kept in the loop from application to set up . No lock in contracts.

Very happy with service from node 1.
Called their service line got connected to someone local within minutes, explained that i was experiencing delays in moving in to my new house which node 1 already installed their fixed wireless antenna to. Requested if I could temporarily suspend my monthly plan for another month and also if I could get the monthly fees I already paid in previous months credited for future use. Got an ok for both requests the spot, and credit notes emailed to me on the same day.

Seeing that their speeds are better and more stable than FTTN, and connection and installing costs are cheaper than telstra, it makes no sense for me to connect a copper line to my property. Node 1's service alone would have won over, and on top of that their fixed wireless plan is a no brainer

Totally fed up of the poor customer service and ignored emails when issues arise. No decent after hours service.

This is how to run a company.

Contacted Node 1 regarding an installation as due to the NBN taking 18927 years to be completed, we can't get any wired internet connection to our new house in Forrestfield, WA.

Was initially told they couldn't provide line of sight to any of their antennas which was disappointing.

They then said they would do some further checks and see if they could use a different antenna.

Came out on 11/05/2018 and confirmed they could obtain a decent signal, apparently they only install if they can guarantee at least a 50mb down connection.

Within 2 hours we had a dish installed on our roof.

Called Node 1, no waiting in a queue for 20 minutes to speak with someone like Telstra etc.

From initial enquiry to working internet connection was a week.

They had already activated our connection, quick router set up and everything was done.

Slightly higher monthly payments however a price worth paying for a decent connection.

Definitely recommend.

I made the call at 11:11 to sign up and by 14:00 I was set up and on my new service. Absolutely brilliant! Then I called to get assistance with setting up my router and again the service I got was sensational. Its rare to find quality service and these guys are right up there. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants great service and great speed. My previous provider gave me 5mbps and insisted it was nbn at fault. I now have download of 105mbps. Couldnt be happier!

Node1 are a top notch outfit with brilliant support and a fantastic product catering for those of us left behind with this governments mess of an NBN. The installers took about 10 days to fit me in, but nothing was too much trouble and they did a very neat job. Support is second to none, you talk to people who know what they're talking about, not reading off a script in another country. I am getting speeds over 150Mbps down and over 100 up! NBN couldnt come anywhere close, and if it did, constantly dropped out. Can't thank Node1 enough for providing this service to Perth. It's really helped my business.

These people had me connected to the internet, I ve always been with Telstra over 30 yrs, due to un qualified staff that turned my internet and phone off at both of my premises due to ignorance i was desperate, I googled, i came upon this great Node 1 advert. I rang and was connected within 4 hours. excellent service and good reception.

Been waiting for NBN for over 5 months with no internet. One call to these guys and they had me up and running in a week. Speeds currently 150mb download and 80mb upload - faster than the top NBN plans. Cannot recommend Node1 enough.

I've been a fixed wireless customer with Node1 for what must be close to 3 years now. Performance of the service has been excellent, support have been great to work with, and it's hard to beat the value and throughput. I wish I had signed up earlier instead of persisting on ADSL2 for so long. Have also used their business fixed wireless services and been very happy with the performance, getting 100mbit services to locations that were lucky to get 5mbit makes everyone happy!

I really wanted to be there customer but just got kicked.
So the house 3 doors down the road have Node1 with a small plate dish on there long tv antenna pole.
I called them and ask if its available they said no! I ask but the guy down the road has it. Again no so i asked surly there's a way to check if i can get fixed wireless ? They responded with you can get our comms guy to check for about $100. I also mentioned if the small dish is too little ill happy pay the $300 extra for the high gain dish.
I agreed, paid the amount they ask for. Guys came out 2 weeks later with only a small dish tested my roof signal and said sorry mate too much interference i said what about a high gain antenna, he replied my experience it will not have any change. Ok.......

Just my 2c but my house is higher then that guy 3 doors down, when i jumped up on my roof my short tv antenna was at least 1.5m above that guys high pole i have clear view of malaga as im in the hills and 70mtrs above sea level. I wasted my money and i bet the guys wear tired that day to lazy to do the job.

Rarely can you find an ISP that can get you online the SAME day as you put in an application...so much drama with other ISPs.

Down to Earth service.

Everybody should know about this product. Wireless Fibre. It works everyday in any weather. Honestly I never think about our internet because it always works. It was never like that with any other provider.
Installed antenna 2 days after ordering, connected and running next day and love the fact there is no lock in contract.
Anyone I hear saying they have internet issues, I always recommend Node 1.

Solid ISP, all gamers so understand concerns and problems.

Great experience so far, connected through LBN within a week. Staff were always very friendly. Speed tests are much better than previous provider, would absolutely recommend.

Edit: For clarification, I have used Node1 "services" at two different companies both with lackluster results.

Extremely bad company to deal with, was trying to get issues solved over Facebook and was subsequently banned from the page.
They can't even seem to configure a shaper correctly.
This is that you can expect from a "100/20" connection!

Fantastic Internet service provided at our address where no one else could! Highly recommend Node 1! Everyone I ve spoken to in the course of my relationship with them as a customer has been helpful and friendly. We re very happy with our internet speeds now.

Rude staff wont even give me a strait answer about weather i can get internet at my house

I was very skeptical about organising an nbn service for my home after a year of issues with telstra nbn at my office address. I was referred to Node1 by a friend and I have been very happy with their customer service and especially stoked with the speed of my internet at home! I can't believe I waited so long to set it up at home now! I will be moving our office nbn service to Node1 as soon as I am out of contract with telstra.

These guys provide an awesome service! Super fast internet, no congestion and their support team are awesome! Node1 definetly go out of their way to help you get the best speeds possible.

Was a customer for two years, suffered at least one dropout an hour due to ap resyncs. Discord was mostly unusable. Lots of weird issues with connectivity in general. Had to keep my adsl connection to play games. Constant arguments with support about where the issue was. Since moving to Pentanet my issues have ceased and I've been able to cancel my ADSL connection.

Extremely helpful, kind, genuine and nice people, Installation was and quick, definitely recommend.
