In the end, the job got done and dealing with car stuff is always frustrating so place that filter on the review. First off, when I called for service the guy I spoke with wasn't too helpful. Was cagey about scheduling a time and then didn't really give me a great idea on how long it would take.

When you get there, the place is a bit confusing. The big fancy entrance is for golf carts and you have to drive around the side to a mostly nondescript door for service. I got there about 5 minutes before my appointment, after sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes because their Google info said they didn't open until 8:30. Girl at the front desk took my info and said they would be right with me. Then I proceeded to pace the desk area for 20 minutes without a single word or update... Finally a guy showed up and took my car to repair the window chip.

I took a walk around the neighborhood at this point, which I don't recommend, and by the time I was back the car was done and the chip looked good. In the end, they appeared to fix the chip well, but the overall experience sucked.

Communication skills are very poor !! They installed recovery winch backwards! wiring skills are minimal, they zip ties relay switches to factory wiring ! completion dates kept changing. I wish pictures could be included here to show poor workmanship ! made new truck experience a pain !!!!!!!

VIP put Nerf Side steps and tints put on 4Runner, and tinted my Corolla. Great customer service and professional job. Highly recommend them!

I had a factory remote start added to my vehicle. Service was excellent and I was treated with friendly customer service.

Conducts business in a professional, trustworthy manner. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and exhibits high levels of integrity!

My only issues is the annoying long beeps when the trunk opens and closes.. is there a way to turn the beep sound off??????? I bought the vehicle from Kia and after market work was completed by VIP.

The place is great. Service was quick and they teach me how to use the products.

The work installing a lite bar and driving lights was well done however, the upper lights were installed with the brackets backward, we will correct this at home with a half hours work - it should have been installed correctly by VIP. The switches are a different matter they are mounted very low and cannot be seen - exactly where I told then I didn't want them located. We agreed upon a compromise location and then the installer installed them exactly where I didn't want them without asking about the change in advance. The unwanted installation now blocks the fuse box - a terrible job and requires the driver to bend down and fumble for the switches - totally unacceptable. This is a far more complicated repair as we will have to tear the dash apart to remove them and relocate to the agreed upon location. I expected a lot more for 5 hours in a customer waiting room with no heat - in early March - coffee or tv only to get a really poor job in the end. It was $450 poorly spent.

My wife wanted tinted windows on her Subaru for a Christmas present, so I made an appointment here as it was recommended by the dealer. After seeing on their website the night before the appointment that they also did paintless dent repair, I took it in the next morning and asked if they could fix the dents while I left it for tinting. Not only were they able to accommodate the last minute request, the final price was $25 less than they quoted for the dent repair. Excellent service and many thanks for accommodating us.

I work at a new car dealer in the service dept as a service consultant , and we use them to install aftermarket accessories on new/used cars that our sales dept have sold, communication is a big issue with these folks!!! Just a few examples, when one of there drivers picks up a car from me to take it to there location for accessories to be installed, when they bring the vehicle back to me, it is like they cant even bring me the keys and work order so you can make them a purchase order (p.o.) , they just dump it with the first person that they see, that can write them the p.o., and this makes my job harder! it is not by my choice to use them but it is not up to me. I would say it is just the Fusz brothers retirement fund and it is not manged very good at all by the general manger Tom. one time while getting a front glass installed on one of the used cars, I asked one of the two workers if there was time to take a look at another vehicle and the answer I received back was so crude I could not say it on google the remark was in reference to my mother, I may have took it the wrong way because he laughed when saying it but I was highly offended!!! If they start to show some improvement I will take this review down, but they need to implement some new process before any of that could happen, and we all hope it does.

I normally don't review things and I think this is my 1st google review. I'm doing this because of how great the service was. My window on my car was broken into and I call them and they had a replacement window and quoted me over phone in minutes. Once I get there I tell one of the guys that I need to get going because I have a test soon and I'm just going to uber from there to my school. He offers to drive me to school and I made it in time for my test. The window was fixed that day and was actually cheaper then the quote.

Charlie at VIP glass is a true professional. He helped me flawlessly navigate through the Insurance process for my replacement windshield. VIP Distributing is fast, fair, and honest. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

Super impressed by VIP, and you have the comfort of knowing they are owned by a dealership and do guaranteed work. They did an amazing job putting a lift kit on our car, custom wheels and rims, tinted windows, and they even put our bike rack on for us (that we didn t purchase from them) and got a few hail-damage dents out. The customer service from Tommy was the absolute best and I would work with him again anytime I have the opportunity. Can t say enough about the great work and customer service.

This place is great! I bought a new Toyota at Lou fusz and they referred me to VIP to install running boards and an automatic car starter. It took only a few hours and they gave me a rental. I was so happy with them and went back to have my windows tinted- which they also did a great job at a great price! :) Tommy Cibulka was so nice and great to work with! Would highly recommend them as well as Tommy! Thank you!!
