Billing department in Governeur NY is a bunch of airheads. Instead of billing the Insurance Co. they harrass the customer. I had to call the Insurance Co and do their job. I have

Memorial day weekend of 2020. UPS cannot find our package that was suppose to be delivered three days ago. I called Noble Health in frantic and the next morning they had their own driver deliver my sons Dexcom g6 to our front door. Thank you so much Noble Health!
Not quite sure why it's taking so long to unload a truck that has all the same product and is all for them. Truck drivers have a specific amount of time they are allowed to drive

So happy to have found such a fantastic specialty pharmacy that cares about their patients. My prescription is always delivered on time and packaged very nicely. Customer service is excellent and very helpful whenever I have a question. Wonderful company to deal with.

I have been on a time sensitive, temperature controlled medication for years. I never had issues with any other pharmacy getting me my items timely besides this place. Customer service is awful, they don't call you for refills when you ask them, and they were always filling my item at the last second because I would call to follow up. I went through a different pharmacy recently because of my ongoing issues and received a call yesterday from Noble asking for a refill. Funny, it was due a month ago so thanks but no thanks. They don't seem to care that the medication is time sensitive. Very frustrating to work with and no one seems to know why things aren't timely which tells me that processes are clearly all over the place. Would recommend another specialty pharmacy whenever possible.
