No-Li Brewhouse Review

Good food, decent beer, cool place, $h!t service. Servers just stand around talking amongst themselves, and look right past you when you ask for something. Not just my table either I watched as the whole place had horrible service. They need a manager to take control and make sure customers are being taken care of. I usually dont post reviews but it was a horrible experience. I won't be going back.

Why can't I ever get a spot on the patio. I also wish they would dry the glasses before the put beer in them. Or rinse the glass out with beer. That sanitizer makes the beer taste gross.

Our group received the poorest service. We actually were told they were okay with losing our business and the manager stated they prefer to do business with small groups. There were 10 of us. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Had a talk with the manager about their group seating, we had a group of 10 they wont even take your name till half are present. It took an hour and a half to get seated, and they weren't that busy. They let me have one drink then the manager cut me off because of the talk we had earlier. Good beer, alright service, till they get rid of the manager never again.

Amazing food awesome beer, the golden ale is my favorite

I ve been a fan of No-Li for years, before they altered their name in fact. There are a lot of positives about this spot. It s in a really neat location in Spokane. In nice weather their outdoor seating near the river is lovely. It was too busy so we sat inside which is a really neat space that they ve done a great job decorating.

Get a beer and head out back for a great relaxing afternoon

The beers were awesome and the staff was friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the fish 'n chips portions. Some of the other food looked better. I would pick something else next time.

No-Li brews my family's beer of choice "Recking Ball" being our favorite. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with lots of room to have large private parties. They have created a delicious menu with items that satisfy all appetites. John and Cindy owners give back to Spokane's community by donating to many charities and Spokane projects. Recently they cut a check for $5,000 to Fallen Heros to help maintain our Memorial site.This is a place that you get what you pay for and so much more

I had their American Hamburger today at lunch... it was fabulous, served with some pretty awesome fries. My dining partner enjoyed a wrap with fries and took half of it home for a second meal!
They serve some pretty awesome beers, today I choose a lemonade and it was great, not too sweet or tart!

What an awesome spot! If you are in Spokane, and you like craft beer, this is the spot for you. So, first of all order a sampler flight of beer. Second, order the BBQ Pork Mac. I ordered the No-Li bowl and it was fantastic, but just forget any diet you're on and get the Mac. Then, when you're all done eating, take your beer and go play some bean-bag toss, or sit in some lovely wooden chairs by the river and watch the water flow past. Just.... Just go. Go here, and drink and you'll have an amazing time, No-Li.

Med rare means its cooked for a time and not mooing off the plate. I had to shoot my burger twice to stop the pain. Menu is limited with odd combinations. Cobb salad, steak salad, brewmaster burger with madartory guacamole sauce (dreadful). The One tab policy 20% tip on tables with 10 or more is a laughable joke. They won't seprate group tabs so your forced to pay that one tab policy. I bet the owner keeps a part of this forced tip policy. Fries were good, but No-LIE not much else. If you like beer and at best marginal food then this is your place. I'm surprised how bad the food was giving the reviews I have read. My party of 10 we had two under cooked (RAW) hamburgers that went back to be refired. Minute maid lemonade tasted cheap and way over water down. Coke products tell me this owner is cheap and greedy. Recipe for disaster. Being charged $33 for one tab policy tells you so much about the owners thought process along with that overly complicated somewhat limited menu. Not impressed at all and my group won't be back! Not a place for groups with only two big tables. With that forced tip money they should buy one more big table at the very least. Good servers, greedy owners , limited menu. KISS >>>Keep It Simple Stupid<<< Burgers don't need dreadful guacamole sauces period!

We go to No-Li often and we ve always had a great experience and love the atmosphere.

Multiple times we ve had large groups and they do a great job accommodating us.

Their menu is awesome from lots of appetizer choices to great soups and salads. We ve tried almost everything and liked it all (excellent burgers, fish and chips, reuben, club, fish tacos, baked mac & cheese, etc). Not to mention their beer choices are the best!

They have a great patio as well which overlooks the river!

I L.O.V.E.D this place like 2 years ago. I went there for the first time in (obviously) quite a while and I feel like the beer list and menus got smaller... I understand refining the menu but honestly, the most contributing reason for my 3 star review is the one tab for like a group of 10 or more people. We were explained to that the reason for this new rule is time management and that it takes the server too long to split the tab and make all the different payments. Coming from a lot of restaurant experience, I know that it's usually the unspoken rule that if you get a table with a large group, you ask if it's separate tabs BEFORE you take the orders... That way it's all separated before hand and way easier to split up and do payments when the time comes... Their business, their rules but from reading the rest of the reviews complaining about the same thing, it might be a training thing and not a customer thing that needs to change.

Truthfully a wonderful experience. As someone who enjoys going to breweries and tasting different beers, I was happy with a flight of 6 beers! Also, the food and service was good! If I were to be picky (and I mean PICKY), I'd recommend turning down the music a bit and making the room a bit brighter. Otherwise, a great place for family and friends.

One fun place! Also if you need a hair cut there s a place in the same building for that!! Food, beer, & stuff who wants more.

This place is super dope. Between the beer, great quality food and amazing relaxing view, it's the perfect place to relax outside and enjoy a drink. Great hangout spot and super down to earth vibe. My favorite was the amber ale. Their pretzel appetizer and wings are insanely delicious, and huge portions!! Service was great and well We will definately be back!

Me and my mom went to get my dad a growler and as I waited between the restaurant, and 21+ room a waitress/server Came and made sure I was good and I explained my mom was in there and she started talking to me and heard I went to rogers and gave me a shirt that represents rogers and no-li! It was super cool and great customer service! Definitely will be back

Beer is good. Food is great. Atmosphere is very good. Had Katrina as a server and she made the experience amazing. Awesome personality and frequently checked in. Highly recommend No-Li.

Fantastic location overlooking the Spokane river for the patio. The bar is a nice open space very typical of a craft brewery nowadays.
Beer is varied and adequate.
Service was very friendly but a little slow each time we came.
As for the food, typical fares can be found in good quantity.
Overall a nice spot to take a break from the everyday grind and have a pint.

I had a surprise 50th B-day party for my hubby here. Exceptional service, great food, and awesome place to socialize. The outdoor patio with a view of the river has a nice tranquil feeling. They had a small acoustic rock band playing outdoors which made me feel relaxed.

Tasty beer, great food...a little warm in the bar, and worst thing I can say is the floor was sticky...big deal! Waitress was awesome, bill wasn't too bad at all. Will definitely be back!!

Wow. The beer is good, but buy it at the store and drink it somewhere else because the service is terrible. Just left without ordering because the service was so bad. Sat at a table waiting for initial service for at least 20 minutes. The place was almost empty, had plenty of waitstaff, and no one came to take our orders, even when we signalled to them that we were more than ready to order. They clearly saw us trying to wave them over to our table and they completely ignored us. Before we left without buying anything, we told them why, trying to give them feedback in-person, and they were aggressive, full of excuses, and not even a little apologetic. Not coming back, and I recommend others avoid it as well.

I am in the food industry, have been for 12 years. So you can say I am pretty particular with where I want to eat. No li brewhouse is hands down one of my favorite restaurants to eat at.

Great place with lots of places to also go eat and great looking places to sit outside and the summer also lots of parking also actually has a hair cutting place close by in the same shopping center

We really enjoyed the Nachos. There was a mixup in the kitchen and our food was delayed. They paid for our food to apologize.

Such a cool brewery and really great beer. Best spot is in the patio chairs facing the river. My wife doesn t like beer, but going to No-Li was her favourite part of our trip to Spokane.

I had the pulled pork sandwich, and my husband had the peppercorn burger. Both great! We also had a couple great brews. My new favorite is the salted caramel brown ale. Awesome!

Had the March Forth Citrus IPA & Steak Salad. Steak salad was fresh & the varied tastes weren't anything I expected - it was spectacular. Citrus IPA was right on. Chilly day - so didn't get to visit on the patio but the indoor firepit bar was perfect. Highly recommend the beer, food, & atmosphere!! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Spokane.

I love this venue and the beer. But the last few times I have been there the service has been marginal at best. Servers who don't make eye contact and are not at all attentive seem to be becoming the norm rather than the exception.

Lunch at No-Li on Thursday. Fish & Chips ... very good. Server was ! it took a while to get our food. But ... we had beer. I recommend.

They had a good variety of beers on tap. The food and dip was really incredible, great flavor. Our service was lacking a bit, unfortunately, however. Overall, I would recommend going at least once.

Hands down the best hot chicken sandwich out there the other places are pretenders. Trust go there before it's all out, you won't be disappointed. Kudos to the chef. I went 2 day in a row and each time was perfect.

Today was the last time I will spend money on No Li beer or patronize their brewhouse. Service was slow, food took 45 minute and arrived cold, manager was rude and argued with me when I had an issue. If you want more details read below, if not save your money and time and go elsewhere.

We got their before noon shortly after they opened and it wasn t even very busy, took forever to get served and by the time it was past 1pm I just asked the server for our food to go, the place had gotten busy, but it was an incredible wait for food. We got the food boxed and went to eat it maybe 2 minutes later and my burger was terrible and my girlfriend had nachos that were like warm at best, totally solidified.

I walked back to the restaurant and the manager tried to tell me the nachos just don t travel well. That may be but we are talking just a few minutes, and we had been waiting for food for almost 45 minutes after we ordered. I said no food goes bad in 120 seconds it was clearly boxed up this way Then he argued with me over the definition of the food having gone bad, obviously it wasn t expired or dangerous but I could have made a plate of cold congealed nachos at home.

After I made an issue out of it and told him I wasn t paying for it he refunded me but it was a ridiculous process. The food should never have been sent with us cold and in that condition, and when I came back and brought it up he should not have tried to argue about if it qualified as having gone bad.

I haven t had this bad of an experience at a restaurant in years. I am so sad, this used to be one of my favorite spots but I don t think I m ever going to be able to talk my girlfriend into comming back.

Good wait staff and good food! A bit pricey for my taste but very enjoyable times were had!

This place is great... Some of the best beer around. If it's available, don't miss out on the jetstar imperial ipa. Avoid the Buffalo chicken salad - way too much buffalo sauce

Been here many times beers are good. The space is really cool to be in. They have an outdoor area right next to the river that is really enjoyable in the summer time. They have a trivia night on Mondays. This was one of the first breweries in Spokane. Worth checking out.

A perfect spot to meet after work (or anytime really) for a couple beers and some good food. Try the fish tacos! Sit on the patio in the summertime and enjoy the river flowing by.

Was my first time here. They have a small menu and the service was slow. They also refused to seat me, if I wanted to sit outside I had to wait at the bar for 25 minutes. Nice atmosphere. The food was really good. Would be back. Had a good time visiting with friends.

The place is located in what seems to be the start of the industrial part of town but do not let that deter you. No-Li has an enormous interior with plenty of seating indoor and a great outdoor area that is right along the Spokane river. Despite the size, it has a cozy warm welcoming feeling that is not pretentious. The decor of the space creates a nice relaxing and ambience.

It's in pretty close proximity to Gonzaga University so it may also attract a college crowd but I'm only guessing as I'm not a local.

Their beer is decent and they have an ample selection of home brews that should strike the curiosity of the craft beer connoisseur. There bar top area has plenty of space to accommodate many patrons so need to worry that you might not find an open spot.

Jenny was our server extraordinaire! The Shrimp Po-Boy was spectacular! I will be back for sure for the lovely gas firepits, beautiful view of the river and outstanding Covid-19 rule following!

Excited to go out we spent 60$ for a few beers a fish sandwich and cold chips with burnt artichoke dip . We told our sever about the bad dip soaky celery and cold chips for 15$ she did nothing?? This place has gone downhill!

I'm surprised I wasn't charged extra for the salt I asked for. Food was decent but not amazing and the beer was good.

Had some late night tacos and a tasty cider sitting at the bar. Service was quick & friendly, food was good, and beverage was quite nice indeed.

LOUD, trendy high ceiling makes it hard to block out surrounding noise, COLD, dont know why all these buildings have gone with these ridiculous design but it is not welcoming, overpriced mediocre food, not amazing, dont know why that word is sooo overused. It is like a million other brew houses, nothing i would go back for.

My husband and I come here every time we visit family here. The food, beer and atmosphere of this place is awesome!! However, we had a server that we only saw when we ordered and when we had to flag her down for more water. I should have said something at that time but my husband convinced me not to.

Crappy slow service On a Saturday when they aren't busy.... Will never be back.... Didn't even get a beer, waited too long to be served.... But the H2O is great!!!

We love NoLi. The beer is the best in Spokane, especially that Jet Star (and Passion fruit Jet Star). Food is good. Atmosphere is nice. If you can be on the patio, it is the best. The ambiance on the patio, right next to the Spokane River is beautiful and comfortable.....views, beer, friends, and fire pit: what more could you want?

The best brewery in town. Great selection of beers, both regular and seasonal. Good food too. The service is always solid. The atmosphere is good, but a bit loud. Great for groups. Try Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout and Jet Star IPA. Both are intense and bold, but great beers.
