The package is really promising. But the support is not very decisive and customized. And the policy of the company .... Nmbrs does not listen to what the users want. In many ways, Loket is much further than Nmbrs, because they do listen to the customer.

You request a trial account once and log in once to have a look around and that is reason for them to bombard you with phone calls. If you indicate that you want to have your data deleted, they will still see this for a moment of contact and sale. The software may be great, but I don't want to be treated like that.
