When i first applied for a job with NL recruitment i was cautious due to bad google reviews, namely one which complained about the marquee payment system, which you can opt out of from day one.
My experiences have led me to want to share my positivity for NL.

- Friendly Staff care about finding you the right job - Continued contact and support - Temp and permanent roles offered

- The first time i heard from NL, was the day i applied for my first job with them, my concerns where settled and i felt welcomed and briefed by Emma who took me through aspects of my upcoming interveiw which was scheduled at the shortest conveinence.
- Emma continued contact guiding me through the whole process until i was working.
- After my first role ran its course i was offered other opportunities with NL, and Sophie was happy to contact me again the following week after i explained i had things to attend to.
- I received a phone call the next week as agreed, from Sophie, who offered me a temp role that i felt really suited me.
-Through all my interactions with NL i have felt that the staff have been throughly personable and understanding.
- NL cares for employees as it does for employers. Having spoke directly with those who have hired me, i know that the individuals who deal with NL within those companies feel the same.

Jessica from NL recruitment has been great at helping me. She is professional, always responds swiftly and has helped me to get into a job within a short space of time. Initially came to them to enquire about a job that was advertised online.

The recruiter, Joe Treacy, treated me with the utmost care and respect. Not only did I end up getting the job that I initially asked about but Joe also got me an interview for another position.

The job didn't work out in the end and I left after a couple of months but Joe was so supportive for the entire time, even after I'd left the position and was no longer working with NL.

A month or so later, I found another job advertised through NL. I was late in applying for it but Joe continued to show respect and pulled the strings for me to get an interview the following day.

Please stay away and do not apply to any of the job they post online because this is not an agency but a scam.
I have applied several times during the past two years for part and full times vacancies they advertise; each time they leave me an enthusiastic voice message and they send me an email to arrange an interview, but all the times I called them back they just take my name and phone number (tough is on my CV) saying they are short-listing a list of candidates and never call me back.
What a waste of time!! If you like me CV and want to invite me for an interview or if you want interview me over the phone just do so, don't just ask for my name and number. Bahhh!!

Really quick process! After meeting them I was offered an interview with their client on the same day, and got the job!

Terrible recruitment agency wastes your time by having you make the journey to there offices twice only for the second time to be stood up by the company they represent with no apology or explanation just a condescending tone and short manner for there issues,

Its recruitment agencies like this that make the UK a hard place to work no respect given from the first day just in it for the money is the feeling you get. Will never want to deal with them again received a phone call and ignored it.

They are NOT professional at all. Meaningless phone calls using rude tone and language. I recently got a call from a "consultant" called ANGELA, she was rude and unhelpful. Complete waste of time.
