Tills were playing up & store cards not being accepted. Luckily staff member did a work-around but if she hadn't - I would not have bought anything.

Good selection of clothes. Good range of shoes. Often sales as well. In a good location for parking and shelter from the rain!

A decent selection of products considering the size of the store. Recommended.

The fashion in store has gone down hill did not make a purchase

My partner returned some items. She received excellent customer services - she asked the lady if they had a different size in one of the sale items she was returning and the lady checked store stock and online for her.

Very difficult to navigate and poor selection of plus size

Personally work in New Look, and without trying to be bias, but I love the clothes and there are many great deals in the shop.

Not enough selection, seem to have a lot of the same thing,

staff at 5 p.m. just want to leave quickly they don't seem to care about the People who finish work at 5 and is the only time they got to shop, the feeling you get is that they want you to get out asap or don't come at all

I dont like it personally bit a girl definitly would as it is a girls clothing shop
