I have been a client for 2 years now. NKP has been great to work with, especially my lead contact Ryan Kirk. They have tremendously enhanced my plastic surgery practice. Cant recommend them enough!

I used NKP for one year. I started with social marketing and SEO. They ignored almost everything I told them. They actually posted many procedures on social media that I don t even offer. I cancelled social package as soon as possible. I was stuck with the year contract for SEO unfortunately. The monthly reports were worthless and I had to remind them every month to give me one. They wrote a blog monthly and the grammar and content was so terrible I had to re write it most of the time. Also, it took them about a week to post pictures and edit website and when the work was complete I was notified.

I am the Marketing Director for Chapin Aesthetics and the first project that I wanted to tackle when I came on board was to create a brand new website. After doing thorough research for website designers that specialized in the medical industry it was clear that NKP Medical was the perfect fit. Not only did they provide us with an aesthetically beautiful website but they customized our website to meet all of our requirements in regards to functionality. the service is horrible and they cost you a lot of money. everything costs something extra. We only spoke to them when they wanted a new credit card from us.

At first I was a little nervous, as I've never worked with a website company like this. My previous websites were from companies like, Wix where you do it yourself. NKP blew my expectations out of the water! They worked directly with me in the design process and customized my new website just as I pictured it in my head. With their and my steady efforts, I now have tons of pages showing up on the first page of results, and this is driving quality patients to me. They are reasonably priced and a great value. I have worked with NKP for almost 4 years where they serve and manage my practice's website. To be quite honest, at the outset I was discouraged by the lack of attention we received and the time it took to get a response to any question/request.
About 2 years ago there seemed to be a significant change in the company itself, for I received a new account manager (R.R.) at that time without a formal request from me. Since that very day and change, the service I received was absolutely AMAZING. The attentiveness, partnership, and execution was second-to-none! R.R. was always on top of his game, and when there was a hiccup or glitch, it was addressed immediately and with assurance. I cannot recall such a drastic change in service with any other company I have worked with in the past decade...and a pleasant surprise it was.

I lost over $8000 and 6 months of website productivity by signing on with NKP. I would advise others to carefully consider the facebook reviews - several ratings are from current NKP employees, including David Phillips himself.

In summary, my website development by NKP took over twice as long as outlined in our contract. The company did not perform any SEO work or respond to my emails. They did not have any artistic ability in creating the site - I had to correct even the most basic issues re appropriate website font, alignment, etc. They even misspelled my name on the site when it was launched, which took a week to be corrected.

David Phillips cancelled two conference calls with me and did not reschedule. The company was extremely unprofessional and did not send any progress reports regarding my site. The only consistent thing they did was charge my credit card on a monthly basis. I have spoken to one other surgeon in my area who experienced a similar issue. Hopefully this review will help others avoid my costly mistake.

After a sly sales pitch and spending over $10,000 with this company, my offices Google rankings and traffic took a nosedive. I asked several times to speak with the CEO of the company regarding my concerns however, I was always given the runaround.

"He's not available."
"He's out of town."
"He's on another call."

ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH. I contacted another website provider and switched my services over to them. I stopped paying NKP because of their god awful service which my sales rep said, "It shouldn't be a problem. We dropped the ball and we understand where you are coming from." A few weeks ago I received a letter in the mail saying that NKP was taking me to small claims court suing me for not buying myself out of the contract even though their services were horrible.

They will lure you in with a sales pitch full of lies and chicanery, butcher your website and then sue you. Stay away from these crooks.

It's truly been a pleasure working with NKP the last few years. They worked hand in hand with me to get our website updated. Everyone involved was more than helpful and did a top-notch job! We have seen a bump in business since they took over our SEO. Buyer beware! We didn't have a rep for months on end, billing was messed up, and promises were never delivered. 9 months to build a basic website that wasn't even that good. They wouldn't make any changes that we requested to make it better. Leaving was actually the worst part. After paying thousands for a website, the transfer process was a mess. They definitely try to trap you. Don't work with this company and don't listen to the organizations that recommend them.

After spending over 7K for a site SEO I was more than disappointed. The company failed to tell me that they were going to convert the site into their own proprietary software and then when the results failed to improve on site traffic as well after over 30 emails to correct the gross errors of the company, including de-pixelating my images to barely recognizable as well as removing many pages I finally quit, that is when it got ugly. The site was returned to me in the same proprietary format which I could not open or use. I resorted to the same website I had given them and had to start all over. When I disputed their charges in credit card services they oppose a refund. Same old SEO problem, great sales versus horrible service, beware.

We already paid over $7,000.00 for a website that is STILL NOT complete and they refuse to finish the project. Get this, THIS IS AFTER 2 YEARS OF NOT DELIVERING ON OUR WEBSITE.
