NKP Medical Marketing, Inc. Review

I have worked with NKP Medical over the last 5 years. They have always been very attentive to our needs and always willing to try new methods. They have worked quickly with attention to detail. Jason has done an excellent job and is very responsive.

I signed on with NKP for a new website and reputation management. After talking with my account manager/salesman (whatever they refer to themselves as) Ryan Kirk my hopes were through the roof after he promised me that my rankings would go through the roof and he would be able to increase my conversion rate of leads coming in. Everything was fine and communication was strong until I signed my website. After the contract was signed and they received my money Ryan completely removed himself from contact and was no longer part of the process. This is unfortunate because I just signed away 10s of thousands of dollars to someone who then just disappears after the ink dries. My website was designed and launched but my leads weren t converting and my traffic dropped off the map. After months of them trying to figure out what was wrong with it and still no results, no Ryan, no promises kept I was forced to forfeit my contract (which they CHARGE you for even if they can t deliver on their end). I couldn t recommend not going through these guys more! Thanks for nothing.

ZERO results. This company is a SCAM. I tried to leave and they tried to blame me for their lack of work! What an awful experience. Still recovering all my website 411. UGH

TOP NOTCH SERVICE
I recently started a facial plastic surgery office and had spent a million hours creating my own website through a do it yourself site. I have no idea how SEO or internal links etc work to bring my site to the forefront of internet searches, but I didn't want to spend the $$$... I received an email from Tony out of the blue- reviewing my site and pointing out some flaws to the site that would hurt me in the long run... Over the next couple weeks, Tony and the team earned my trust. They created an incredible website for my office, more importantly, they've been honest about what they can/can't do, they've been available with open communication etc. Physician's can be difficult to deal with and I'm sure I'm no exception. Give NKP a shot, they'll make you glad you did. We've recently launched, I'm already on the front page of several different searches. I'd recommend NKP without reservation!

NKP medical has been handling my web site for a few years now. Their staff ,specially Jayson Torrey have been helping me and my staff to keep the website up to date. If we like to make any changes adding photos or text changes,it's done in the same day. I was using another company before and their services did not match my expectations,but NKP Medical has been fantastic. I recommend them very highly. You will find them to be the best in the business.

It is not good at all. Too many spelling mistakes in the final product for our money. Has anyone Googled this company? Very bad.

I have been a client for 8 years. NKP is very forward thinking, so much so that I did not redesign my site for 7 1/2 years (busy) and still received patient compliments on its quality. My new redesigned website is beautiful, clean and functions perfectly. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is immediately responsive. Very high recommendation.

I've really enjoyed working with NKP. They have done a phenomenal job at SEO as well as web design. They are very attentive to all my many daily and weekly requests for updates and additions. They are also incredibly reasonably priced compared to some of the outrageous costs of other providers out there.
