I have worked with NKP for almost 4 years where they serve and manage my practice's website. To be quite honest, at the outset I was discouraged by the lack of attention we received and the time it took to get a response to any question/request.
About 2 years ago there seemed to be a significant change in the company itself, for I received a new account manager (R.R.) at that time without a formal request from me. Since that very day and change, the service I received was absolutely AMAZING. The attentiveness, partnership, and execution was second-to-none! R.R. was always on top of his game, and when there was a hiccup or glitch, it was addressed immediately and with assurance. I cannot recall such a drastic change in service with any other company I have worked with in the past decade...and a pleasant surprise it was.
I would strongly recommend NKP to any medical professional seeking website SEO and management.
