I've had several years of experience with Mr. Russ Vallee as my personal State Farm Agent, he is loyal to his customers, he,s understanding, he listen to your concerns and needs, he explain your policy and options to you that fits your needs. Here's something you don't know about Mr. Russ Vallee and his Staff, I explain to him that I lost my Daughter early this year and I was going through somethings he was so understanding ,he was kind, caring and patient with me and that speaks volume. His Staff and Himself took the time out of their work day to send me a sign Sympathy Card, how awesome is that what a Agent and Staff to be apart of. Once again they speak volume. And so l say l appreciate you, Thank You Mr. Russ Vallee and Staff, I'm glad to have you all service me. God Bless You and Your Staff. Stay safe.

Always courteous and professional service and very reasonable pricing. I haven't had to file any claims but I'm quite confident they would handle it with the same prompt, courteous and professional attitude.

November 2, 2018 while at work, I had an electrical fire in my home. We've all heard nightmares of dealing with insurance agencies, adjusters, contractors, etc. It is with great pleasure that I can report that my experience with State Farm was exactly the opposite. Within 48 hours Brian, the adjuster was at my home, not only did he thoroughly reviewed my policy with me, but he also told me what to expect going forward, He handed me a check for items I may need right away. His professionalism did not stop there; every time I called him he has been empathetic and has taken the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He has never made me feel like a burden. He worked with Dustin from DNC Contracting in Bay City to get construction started on my house immediately. Within 6 weeks, I received my contents replacement check, the first check for construction and continued correspondence relating to my loss. I am thankful that my son recommended State Farm Insurance to me when I purchased my home; and while I hope no one ever has to experience this type of loss, I do hope you have the comfort of having State Farm Insurance to guide you along the way.

All of the staff is very helpful, They offer a service where when you buy a new car, they keep the insurance on your old car for a month so that people can test drive it legally, this feature has shown me twice now how much I love my old car because they were both insured for NO EXTRA COST!!!!

Finding my keys in a peculiarly short amount of time, I step outside and breathe in that first breath of fresh air. Sauntering over to the dew covered jeep I unlock the doors sending a yellow flash illuminating the white picket fence. Clunk I open the drivers door. Undertones of new car smell and jets pizza waft into the air. Click, click I turn the key to the on position bringing the dash to life. Ding... ding... ding... Peering over the hood I turn the key further. Roaring to a start, the engine slows to a quiet idle. Before pushing in the clutch and shifting into first gear, I reach over into the glove box. Moving around a few items I find the rectangular perforated document I was searching for. I let out a sigh of relief. I can drive with confidence knowing the friendly staff at Russ Vallee State Farm have me covered. Thank you for 5+ years of phenomenal and un-matchable service.
