Playground is available.library facility also good
Good service provides hostels. Hospital is not up to mark. Official sector also available & they helped in getting scholarships & other official issues. Many type of occasion s & celebrations also take place .The relation between junior and senior s r also remarkable & after all they r sk helpful. Guards r also there.Transportation is weak bt bus services for students & local auto bus services also available.

Just Visit once ..... because then only you will get to know

NIT Agartala is a exponentially growing national level college with top notch infrastructure. The only thing this place lacks in is proper management and exposure to outer world. The teaching quality is just average, although we do have an awesome library. There are clubs, sports and many other things to do at NITA.

It may be mentioned here that the 23rd February 2006 is a Red Letter Day in the history of Tripura Engineering College as well as for the State of Tripura as the Union Cabinet approved the proposal of State Government for conversion of Tripura Engineering College to National Institute of Technology, a fully Central Government funded Institution with Deemed to be University status and would also to become a National Centre of Excellence

This college is of national importance, students from, nearly every state come here to shape their future,(no, no one from jammu kashmir or ladakh )

You can join 'We can' ,if you think you want to work for young children, and give something back to society.

In some branches, Students bunk classes , this is normal, but problem is teacher support them.
You can get bookish knowledge from book, you can complete the syllabus by video tutorials.
But,
You can not build a student-teacher relationship.
You can not get moral education.

I think that is everywhere in india...

Good college but it's need improvement in infrastructure and faculties

NITA is so quaint, stunning and beautiful. When I visited for the 1st time i felt like a town from a fairy tale in the laps of nature. Just wow...

Its a good college, the really good thing of here is its weather, placement is also good rather than any state level private or government colleges

The National Institute of Technology, Agartala, (NIT Agartala), is a technology-oriented institute of higher education established by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Government of India in Agartala, India. It was founded as Tripura Engineering College in 1965 and declared a National Institute of Technology (NIT) in 2006, thus being recognised as an Institute of National Importance.

It offer following courses in b.tech

I got admission as I secured a good rank in JEE mains ( Entrance exam). We have to submit our all the documents of class 10th and 12th and seat allotment letter which is provided by paying the seat acceptance fee during counselling period. Admission process is started in mid of the July till mid of the August. I chose civil engineering as I am quite interested in construction of buildings,roads, bridges, etc. I chose this institution because civil engineering is one of the best branch of this institution. For admission, we have to do counselling which is held online. We have to submit few documents over there. After that round results comes which show about the seat allotment. If someone got seat he/she can go with that sit or otherwise wait for next round. After all the rounds ended, we have to go to nearest NIT or IIT for verification. After that we have to report to the respective institute for admission process.

I just love this collage...Students from all over India come here for their Higher Studies....

Good college for technical fields and good environment.

Awesome college,best someone could imagine. Faculty is good. Things are getting way better in this college. Even this college has improved it's ranking a lot. While last it it was ranked 12 among nits , it has been ranked 10th this year. Seeing the atmosphere around this college you feel you have come for a safari.
Just get admission and you will never regret.

In all this NITs there is problem of campus, problem of branch, problem of club and main thing is that all this nits have not name and fame.
Also the NIRF ranking of this college among all Engineering college of India is 70 And 15 rank among All NITs In year 2019.
Some points I kept about this college for our juniors:-
1. Placement of this college is also nice. If you work hard here, if you have talent than you also deserve at least 8lakhs to 15lakhs package per annum. It's real not fake.
2. place is awesome for self study.
3. All types of Transportation services are available for this college.
4. Hostel facilities is awesome.
5. Mess facilities is normal, not very worst depends upon students to students.
6. Behaviour of seniors are great, I personally give thanks to all seniors. If you respect them, then they help you in all possible ways.
7. Faculties are awesome, they really provide you a real means of knowledge.
8. Almost all types of clubs are there, Technical club, cultural club, automobile club, coding club, robotics club etc.
9. Campus of this college is awesome, a huge campus of this college, all types of sports are here.
10. Also the biggest Indoor stadium among all NITs and IITs is in our college.
At last, I will said to all my juniors, first time I am also very nervous about this college, about this place, about North East, but after spend I year, I will definitely said that you love this college, this place here nature beauty is awesome.
Believe me, I you get this college come with confidence and happily you come to a good Nits.

good college faculty is not up to the mark and weather is awesome .placemnets for cse and ece are good in placemetnsts. for production ,bio,chemical,civil almost i can say like no core placments.
