One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything from the entrance, the staff, the elevators to the rooms are astonishing. The view over Tokyo Bay is another thing that will take your breath away from your hotel room. We were lucky enough to get a room high up (19th floor), and we couldn't have asked for a better view. Highly recommend this hotel and the price wasn't to bad either. A must to stay here if they have rooms available when you plan your trip to Tokyo.

It is located in a location overlooking Tokyo Bay, and the sun is beautiful on a fine day. Odaiba's Rainbow Bridge and Unicorn Gundam sculptures are close by, and there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It would have been better if it was not the Hilton Hotel just built.

The hotel is located in south Tokyo. It is 1 min walk from the station, which makes it easy to reach the city centre. The room we were provided, was neat and clean. We had a superb view of the odaiba area. All standard services, were excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the club floor. The rooms are very clean and the amenities are plentiful. The lounge was busy, probably because it was a Saturday stay, but the service was good. We used for tea time, but it seemed as if there was no refilling of cake. If you want to eat a cake, it may be better to go early.

The renewed executive floor is bright and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is also spacious with separate bathtub and shower. Amenities, bathrobes, complimentary alcohol and coffee are also available.
Afternoon tea is served in the Executive Lounge on the 2nd floor, and hors d'oeuvres and alcohol are provided free of charge from evening to night. Smoked salmon, ham and local beer on the server were especially delicious.
From the lounge on the 27th floor, you can drink coffee while looking out at the Rainbow Bridge.
Breakfast can be selected from multiple restaurants, the seats are wide and the variety of dishes and breads is wide, so I was able to spend a luxurious time.

It was a nice hotel. First of all, the front desk area is very fashionable, and the night view is beautiful about the rooms. The amenities are excellent. There is no problem with the air conditioning.

Good location. The room condition is good, but room service is just a little bit lower than expected (I bring my own blanket, in other hotels I've stayed room service will folde it & place on the bed, but not here). The hotel is close to beautiful site-seeings & shopping malls (I preferred Diversity than Aquacity). The metro station is also nearby, so we can easily go to Shibuya or other shopping areas.

We stayed for one night for New Year s Eve for vacation. The room smelled old. For breakfast there are 2 different restaurants available but for both there was a huge line with a waiting time of 30 minuets. The hotel staff wasn t so polite. Pretty disappointed from this hotel and for a Japanese standard.

We spend the year-end and New Year here every year, but the hospitality has improved since being under the Okura umbrella.
It is somewhat old-fashioned in terms of the facilities of the rooms, but it is a very excellent accommodation considering the convenience of the surroundings.

The high floor is pleasant, but the view changes completely when you go to the room. We ate tempura on the 30th floor after checkout, but it was very delicious. I thought that the tempura fried with olive oil had the smell of olive oil, but the Kodawari Greek oil did not smell like olive oil in a good sense, but it pulled out the flavor of the material and had a mellow texture and oil loss It was a good combination of goodness, and the heavenly soup with salty and salty soup that was full of umami was really good.

I am overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the staffs by giving bday gift for my 16 y/o son and for upgrading our room overlooking the beautiful rainbow bridge. The room has a nice scent that captured me. It spread up to the lobby of guest rooms! We truly enjoyed the wide variety of foods before going to Tokyo Disney Sea Resort. Definitely will come back again.

It can not be helped but the building is somewhat old.
There was a lot of play on the faucet of the wash, and if it turned normally 45 degrees, water would come out, but it would not start to go out unless it was turned about 1 turn. I thought at first that it was broken. The head of the shower was also curved, and it was necessary to devise an angle to put on the wall.
The staff who are less skilled are also quite present, and I am disappointed to expect one way.
I feel that the amount of heat for staff training and hospitality is lower as an organization than for the staff personal problems.
