The view from the restaurant on the upper floor was great
Big black cockroach in front of the front
There was.
When we noticed and shouted in surprise, the doorman man who was nearby glared in a scary form. No one else was bothered or annoyed. I'm wondering why I was scolded with a very scary face.
If you asked me to call a taxi, I was refused violently if I only called the hotel guests. Customers who come to eat dinner at this hotel are not treated as guests. When I got on a taxi, I suddenly closed the door without screaming. I was about to pinch my foot. I was very scared. I didn't even give a bow while keeping us glaring. Never again come to a hotel with such an insane doorman.
Fantastic hotel seeing all the bay of Tokyo, highly recommended
The view was good and the rooms were cozy.
When it became a member, the service of the parking charge free at the time of accommodation was also good.
As there is a free smartphone that also becomes a pocket WiFi, the daughter of the primary schoolchild was playing with fun. (Because I had not bought my smartphone to my daughter yet.) The room was clean and it was easy to spend. I used this hotel when I went to Kidzania. Go from Toyosu to Yurikamome to Daiba, and it's also convenient for the hotel to be immediate The location was not too bad. Good smell in the lobby.
We booked here specifically because it had an outdoor pool and our kids enjoy swimming. However we were turned away at 7pm because of a no kids after 6 pm policy. They already have an indoor pool that is adult only for lap swimming. Very disappointing that kids are treated as second rate citizens.
Location is good with station, and facility is good, too.
New and very elegant as expected for a 5 star hotel.
There are 3 included breakfast restaurants to choose from but the buffet on 30th floor is awesome with fantastic view od the habor & Rainbow bridge.
Staffs are friendly and helpful although they are not fluent in english.
Location is 30 minutes from downtown Tokyo but next to the subway station so you can get the train easily.
Great stay overall, highly recommend.
As we used it on the weekdays just before summer vacation, there were not many customers there. However, I felt that there were more foreigners. There is a station nearby and there is also a convenience store on the site so you won't have to worry at night. Both breakfast and buffets were plentiful. Is the TV in the room old? It was only there because there were times when the TV did not appear. Minus. Others are very happy.
It seems a bit old, but it is luxurious and neat. Fantastic scenery. It is enough to enjoy Odaiba
I visited to use the limousine bus to go to Haneda Airport .. Facilities are very good.
Second time i stayed here, the inside of the building is beautiful and the complementary things are great including a mobile device for calling/texting and using as a Wi-Fi hotspot wherever we go during our stay. My first hand choice in tokyo, great restaurants and nice view of the ocean and city
Another great hotel of the Intercontinental chain. Modern, spacious, comfortable rooms. Awesome views of the coast. Friendly staff and willing to help. The hotel has a comfortable Shuttle
I was able to relax in a very beautiful hotel. It is convenient because Odaiba is near. The view from the room is beautiful.
Great location. Excellent staff, rooms are real 5 star class. Hotel attached to train station and a big mall.
