Hotel after the name change from Grand Pacific Daiba but the quality is unchanged. Good standard, three breakfast restaurants to choose from, the best one was once on the 30th floor and now transferred to 1, which is a pity because the view from above is insane - on Rainbow Bridge and on Tokyo. It is worth visiting for the view itself. Minus for a paid swimming pool, but it's intimate. The proximity of the Jurikamome queue of shopping centers and across Daiba.

In front of Odaiba Station. The lead to the reception seems very confusing, and there are many arrows here at the front of the various places. The rooms are large and the beds are large. Unusually, the middle of the ceiling is lighted and can light the whole room. There is FreeWIFI. There is an outlet at the bedside. There is a shower room separate from the bath. The bathroom is very large. There is a safe, a refrigerator and a water heater. The HDMI terminal was not attached to the TV, so I could not connect the brought-in equipment. Water from plastic bottles is free of charge. Slippers are disposable.

2 adults and 2 children, 33,000 yen!
There is no complaint at this price in early August.
Thanks to the overnight stay, I was able to leave my baggage before check-in, and I was thankful that I was able to do it by hand.

I was impressed that the shower and the tub could be used at the same time with different operations. I thought that there was a room where I could see from the bathroom, but it was Grand Nikko. It is also convenient that there is a 24-hour convenience store right next door

First time in japan, and I had a wonderful time in this hotel. The hotel is in the center of everything-restaurants, shopping, train stations, and the hotel has a beautiful interior. Very nice service, and great dim sum in the hotel. Also very close to family mart and other places for quick food.

Amenity is considerably substantial
The cleaning was very good and there was also a water service for plastic bottles.
We stayed overnight, but cospa is the best.
As I have not eaten here, I will make it to 4 this time.
I wanted to stay here again when staying in Tokyo.
Next time, I also want to eat here.

I can't wait to talk about this particular hotel in my Japanese travel series. This hotel has the best service so far! Surrounded by malls, museums including team lab, this is definitely a great hotel if you want a break from the city. It's not only beautiful but you feel relaxed as soon as you come in. It's my first night here out of my 2 nights there and I'm already excited to book this hotel again.

A very nice hotel with the old charm of a grand hotel. (large lobby and entrance.) The rooms are large, comfortable and modern, e.g. USB charging station for mobile phones.
For breakfast there is a choice of three restaurants. Traditional Japanese, Sushi and Intercontinental.
Location is very good and near the Yurikamome Daiba station. Many shopping malls with nice restaurants nearby and also the famous POI rainbow bridge in walking distance.

The staff are excellent only in high-grade hotels.
However, it is undeniable that the building is a little old.
It's an invisible part, but it's a shame that you've missed an unbelievable amount of dust on both sides of the TV board.
I thought it would be nice to consider this kind of thing as well.

I used it several times.

I used it several times.
When I visited for the first time, I fell ill and suddenly called an ambulance.
However, even in such a case, I would like to ask you to respond promptly and worry about the manager, so I am sorry for so many people.
However, even after that, he sent me a letter and made me worry about my illness.
I also like it, so I use it when I go to Tokyo several times.

Access, location, rooms, food and service are all ...

Access, location, rooms, food and service are all perfect. Especially the service was beyond my gratitude.

First of all, the access is directly connected to the station, making it an ideal base for sightseeing in the Odaiba area.
You can see the sea and the night view of Rainbow Bridge from every room. The windows are big and clean.
The building itself is a little old, but it is that of a luxury hotel. The rooms have been renewed and are very clean and newly decorated. Sofa, bed, dressing table, desk and easy to use and comfortable. I want to stay for many days.

Meals are excellent at the restaurant on the 30th floor, teppanyaki, lounge, room service. The restaurant on the 30th floor and the teppanyaki restaurant have a good view day and night and are recommended for dates and anniversaries. Room service is also available until midnight and high quality food is delivered.

The hotel staff are well-educated. As soon as they meet, they will ask if you have any problems.
When I used it for the third time, I made a mistake in the room due to this mistake, but the front desk staff responded politely, which was very helpful. Coincidentally, the customer who was accepting next door seemed to have some trouble, but the response was excellent, and the customer thanked the staff many times.
The ability to respond when something happened was wonderful.

The gym and pool facilities in the hotel were also good.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful place. Close to malls and stations. Rooms were spacious compared to normal. Good service and very polite. Free bus to Disney and complimentary mobile phone with calls and data included was very thoughtful to navigate Tokyo and keep in touch with other family member.

Edit: Stayed again for 9 days in Feb-19. Still a good place to stay overall, but room service is a bit lacking this time. The way the room service staff talked was... unpleasant. Instead of solving my request I was told to call maid service who in turn told me to talk to room service who told me to talk to maid service again. I was not expecting this from this hotel.

Drinking glasses that had been used was not changed everyday.

I felt that the hotel was not really helpful this time.

Deducted 2 stars.

It is high class.

It is high class.

I felt that the corridor was wide on the executive floor.
The minibar in the executive room, the refrigerator, but the contents are included in the room charge. There were two bottles of wine, beer, cola and tea. There were 4 bottles of water at room temperature.
There was also Western confectionery. There were two financiers.

The bed was big and the bathroom was spacious.

Specifically asked and booked for a non smoking family room 6 months prior... confirmed a few weeks before travelling that it was non smoking... when we arrived, they placed us on a smoking floor... I asked to be changed and was told they don t have family rooms on non smoking floors... she said we shouldn t be able to smell it in the rooms as hardly anyone has smoked in that room.... really ?!?!?!?
Also the web site said there is a shuttle from the air port - we tried to arrange it and was told by the hotel there isn t one..
I guess what is advertised and what is booked - they don t have to do any of it .... I d book elsewhere if you are a family travelling with young kids ...

I was very happy. I think that I can go without getting lost in about 2 minutes on foot from nearby Daiba Station. Drinks were prepared in each meeting room, and it was saved. I'm glad to be able to use here at next year's meeting.

Hotel. The manager and manager level were waiting at the front desk and I was struck when I met my mother.
I was able to show off the service of a first-class hotel.

I think that a high class hotel will be a hotel in Odaiba. Since the limousine bus also departs from the bottom, it is easy to get to and from Haneda Airport. We were at a loss with neighboring Hilton Hotel, but this time we chose Nikko Grand Hotel. Unfortunately, it was raining but the scenery was great when the weather was nice. I think that the view differs depending on the room where the seaside or the brich stays. Breakfast can be selected from four venues.
