Nike Running Fashion Island Review

It's a big mall with a large area of shopping high end stores,where as I took back a man's coat of waist in Black that I bought in Washington D.C. to a store called H.M,well I did settled for one I bought in California that I have now, Newport an area of extream wealth,a number of Houses of left an right of a large down town area with a main one as far as the eye can see a beach that is very vast in size ,which has security patrol 24-7 for I was there in the winter time of the year ,for which it was sunny an blue but by the ocean there was a slight breeze,I bet in the summer time they have the life guards, an jeeps & what not,for there was no one in the Deep Blue Pacific Ocean that day surfing or body surfing like it was in SanClemente, Calif.Thats because that beach town is more southern close to Mexico, it was warm that day all the surfers that where riding the nose of the board an laying 5or10 toes over the front of the board,the beach patrols where nice to all of us walking on the beach that day of California Dreaming.They also have high speed SeaRail System that you can take from LosAngles to San Clemente,for which I enjoyed, #1.

Great upper end mall to shop at with quality restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful upscale outdoor shopping mall and restaurants. Family-friendly and ample parking.

Clean, upscale, and not crowded. Three department stores. Great shops. Helpful and available concierge. Free shopping guides are available for all day use. Beautiful atmosphere.

It s cool but doesn t stand out much from other malls.

Upscale shopping in a clean environment. Good food choices and stores. You won't find too many bargain or "rack" stores here though.

So much great stuff here. My friends and I travel here a lot to just enjoy the shopping area

I love how dog-friendly this mall is; dogs are allowed in most stores and several restaurants have patios where dogs can sit.

Spouse and I never get tired of it, in all of years that we been together. Seeing Star Wars in the 70's at Fashion Island was also 5 stars.

Beautiful water fountains!
This unique, upscale, outdoor mall, has a lot of beautiful water fountains and very soothing and relaxing environment.
Some of my favorite clothing stores have found their homes here, such as Express. There are also a fish pond and many sitting areas under the trees and followed the new safety measures.
It is a pleasant experience to visit!

Incredible place, diverse and well structured, but for wallets stuffed with dollars, all very expensive, it is not a place for tourists to buy but just take some pictures and millionaires with their big cars doing their shopping.

My favorite mall in Los Angeles. Really love the ambience and the stores. So much to see and shop. It very fun to come at night when it feel more festive like.

Fashion Island is a great outdoor shopping mall they offer a wide range of stores From Whole Foods to Nordstrom they are dog friendly kid friendly and you can shop for items as basic as groceries all the way too high in Furniture it's beautiful during Christmas time they have an awesome tree lighting ceremony and they are full of light in color there are many restaurants here where you can find food for the entire family or even romantic evening date.

Amazing outdoor mall, with al the top brands. Just don't go there when it rains, since it is one of those outdoor / indoor malls.

Very nice mall with alot of eating choices. Make sure to visit The Great Maple

It used to be so much better specially when you have a pet when you shop. It is still pet friendly how ever nothing like it used to be.

Great open space for walking, shopping, and dining, there is even a pretty sea view towards south entrance.

Apart from the beautiful architecture, it has the best stores in the Area

I feel like this place is for the locals because if it wasn't for GPS I would of never found it. Although the area kept my nephew,girlfriend,son and I occupied for at least three hours. It was a fun day but pricey

Clean upscale really nice mall love the decorations people are nice and friendly definitely a lot choose from. We go here all the time When we come to this area it is a pleasure and it's enjoyable to just come there and hang out even if you end up not buying anything the koi Fish are awesome to just sit there and watch with the kids

Is nice & is heart of new port beach, is beautiful, must keep it nice and powerful, visitors must help, by shopping more,prices are regular, but for supporting this nice area, please help the small business with shopping more from them, life is nice, but too short,making enjoyable life for everybody.

Great place for shopping during the day. Even after the shopping center close, it's well lit for casual strolling after dinner. Beautiful Koi pond and light shows.

Located in the heart or Orange County, CA, this is one of the cleanest, prettiest malls I've been to in SoCal. That being said I'm not crazy about the selection of stores they offer. The stores are definitely high end and expensive and they don't really offer anything edgy or reasonably priced. The layout is mostly outdoor with a lot of pretty sculptures, fountains and people. It's in Newport Beach by a lot of nice beaches. Good place to visit during the holidays, they always have nice decorations, Christmas lights, Christmas music and a HUGE Christmas tree. They don't have a huge food court but they do have some dining options. Its a nice enough atmosphere to enjoy walking around even if you're not shopping.

Fashion Island is a large, upscale shopping center with one of my favorite restaurants, True Food Kitchen. Many of the national chains are represented. This is large complex mix of offices, restaurants and retail.

The complex road system, with its narrow lanes and tight parking, detracts from the architectural splendour.

Free parking is available in structures and in lots. Everything is wheelchair accessible including bathrooms.

I've been going to fashion island since I was born and loved it sense then. I have never had one problem there, everyone is so nice and really helpful at all the stores. I'm always willing to drive from Corona just to go shopping in a good, nice area.

Pretty cool just stopped in here to get coffee and chat with a couple of buddies.

Fun place for both friends and family. Plenty of restaurants and shops for everyone!

It is very crowded but the stores they have there are nice. They are more high end expensive stores but the service is nice and they have public sitting areas that is a plus. The tree they have their is fantastic and definely an amazing photo-op

We went to Mathamama Makanhara and most of the places are great and very suitable for families.

High-end shopping with all the amenities and good chain restaurants. Great for people watching. Pet friendly. Can easily spend a few hours with the family walking around.

Ive been here as a kid a few times and omg pricey if your looking to spend a crap load of money and go for it its just like the Americana and The Grove if your a person like me whos not into the fancy smancy and eh why come here its like another mall but for rich people

Fashion Island is always fun, from just being seated watching people from all over the world passing by, to enjoy a magnificent meal in one of the eateries of the food court and of course, if you have the resources and the incredible force of nature to buy, what you really don't need, but it's here to get, well indulge because this is the perfect place to do it
With just very fashionable stores everywhere, this is paradise for the rich and famous, for sure, but the rest can still enjoy watching them having fun!!!!

Cool mall but needs a 99 cent store and a good will.

Fashion Island is the Rodeo Drive of Orange County, but with an ocean view. This shopping development was master planned and definitely has an extremely luxurious feel. However, you don't necessarily have to have a large budget to shop there. I have patronized the Apple Store, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Barnes and Noble along with a pass thru of Macy's and Nordstrom. There are tons of high end retailers in the space and the plaza is suitable for walking year round. Valet parking is available for those patronizing the eateries adjacent to the property and public parking is well organized and safe for the average consumer passing through, whether single or with friends and family. This particular area of Newport Beach has been a favorite of mine since my brief sublease in the fall of 2018. I am a minimalist these days, but as I desire and the necessity arises, I like to visit this shopping plaza to upgrade my wornout or outdated pieces. It is truly a luxurious Southern California shopping experience, but with free parking, as it should be. Bravo, Fashion Island for getting American styled consumerism with an Italian flare correct!!

Great place to hangout..so many shops and restaurants

Everything closes at 7p on a Saturday night, even in May, during heavy tourism, etc. Nice guest services staff, clean facilities, and upscale store selections and decent dining options, you just have to arrive early if you want to experience everything I guess.

This mall is so nice. Very spacious and clean!

I love how one part of the mall has lounge chairs and umbrellas for people to hang out while they shop. It can get a bit confusing walking around this mall... Maybe because I'm not too familiar with this place.
