Nice place to walk around and see the beautiful people of Orange County.

The shops are cute, the food court is great, the koi pond is a great distraction for little ones, and they have the best Santa during Christmas!

I love the Nordstrom Ebar here... MUCH better than the one at the Irvine Spectrum. Not to mention, FI has a killer See's location plus many many other stores that are amaze ballz... Go see for yourself!

This is not fashion island I know. The place is deserted at 6 pm on Saturday.

Fresh air & holidays activities & restaurants all are amazing.

Love this mall, they have macaroons, Urban Decay store, and lots of shopping, its a different experience.

Awesome!!!! My very favorite place for the last 30 Years. I have watched it grow. The view is spectacular..... the misc shops and department stores! You can find everything here! Nite time is just as gorgeous with the lights and the beautiful waterfalls. Families come and walk around with their kids, very family oriented. You won t be disappointed here!!!!

If I ever feel like I am getting too much cash, this is the place I go to get rid of some of it. It feels good to look, and great to buy something. That feeling lasts until the next day, usually. Sometimes I return the crap. It is the feeling I like, not the crap. Sometimes I like he crap too though.

I live 5 minutes away from this place and we love the new grass turf they created by Macy's my kid loves running in the grass and playing with other children. The koi fish pond is amazing ! Fashion Island is always clean, just wish they had a larger food court selection !

Fashion Island is a pretty decent high end outdoor shopping mall that has a few of my faves - Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Anthropologie. I enjoy coming here to walk around and relax on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Plus, you get a great view of a gorgeous sunset over the beach.

Beautiful mall with ocean views this is an amazing space for shopping. Has great stores like Brooks Brothers, Loft, Vineyard Vines, and plenty of dining to boot.

It's a nice outdoor mall with a cool koi pond and adequate seating areas. The people here can be snobby though.

One of the iconic places in Newport Beach, one of the best malls near the ocean.

I wish they had pet store, there slot of people with dogs they should have. Pet store so we can buy stuff for our pets

Great place! Many shops and its pretty crowded, even at night! It is however a very lovely place to go out and just have a look around the stores. I never leave empty-handed!

Very beautiful shopping mall. You can see the ocean while you shop! Full of restaurants and shopping. If you re in the LA area, this is a must see. Bring a camera.

This place is full of rude people. There is a tall and Asian boy in a light blue suit and black pants and he is being racist and extremely rude towards people near this area. Do NOT go to Fashion Island.

Good open-air shopping mall. Chain stores, restaurants, gold fish pond, indoor biking, Whole Foods etc.

The original Irvine spectrum with slightly more expensive shops bc it's in Newport. Went there last night and it was super empty maybe it's because of Thanksgiving or that it was a Tuesday night. It a little disorienting because of the layout and walkways. It's easy to get lost.

Love this place! Designer goods, tons of places to eat, outdoor setting with attention to detail. Bonus shoppers can bring their dogs! An O.C. must see!

I was amazed when I came here for the first time. I was living in Newport Beach for the summer, and loved this mall. It had everything I needed and even a movie theater! Definitely recommend if you have down time and want to do some shopping. I am from St. Louis, so seeing this outdoor mall was amazing! We don't have anything like this in the Midwest since the weather fluctuates so much.
