Great mall with pretty much everything you would expect. Indoor and outdoor mall with lots of shopping and quick serve and sit down restaurants as well as lots of treat options. Kids love all of the great fountains and koi pond.

As a whole, this place has such an amazing atmosphere! Great date spot, it wasn't too busy when I went, which I enjoy.
I probably would not want to be here if it's busy and I heard it gets packed sometimes, just a heads up.

Probably the most beautiful mall in the country! Overlooks the Pacific Ocean, has inside and outside shopping, tons of places to eat and beautiful fountains, Koi Pond etc..

A very high end outdoor mall experience. The Irvine Company keeps their tradition of providing of offering consistently great retail options and a very pleasurable environment to shop in.

This shopping mall astounded me, with its many MANY stores, such as Macy's, Sears, and even a Tesla store, which i found to be very cool. I came here at the Christmas time and they had a giant tree. One of the more child friendly areas would be the small koi pond they have. 5 stars(although i would rate more if i could).

Great shops!!! Great food!!! Outdoor Mall with ipscale movie theater. (The lot) Fun to walk around and let the kids explore. Family friendly and tons of cute pooches

High-end stores, lots of restaurants, Starbucks, easy parking

Voice recognition is not complete and position display is extremely poor. In particular, speech recognition of overseas town names is often useless and cannot be relied upon!

Fashion Island is dog-friendly, beautiful, and exceptionally maintained. The quantity of shops, boutiques, and restaurants makes for a wonderful adventure. Any visitor of Southern California needs to make a visit to this tremendous location!

Elegant outdoor plaza with world class shopping and dining.

Always a favorite to take out of town visitors or just relax. View of the ocean, Barnes and Noble and food court with gelato, a koi pond, and Tesla dealership. Good selection of restaurants and movie theaters. Even bring your dog.

At the end of the year, a 92-foot tall Christmas tree decoration is a must-see.
