Be careful to trust real estate agents from this company in the process of purchasing a house. In our case, the agent sold the house to us and confirmed the sale. Thereafter, spent the two days accepting higher bids and cancelling our sale telling us we could bid 50,000 more and the apartment would be ours (when it was already sold to us). No laws have been broken, but as you learnt from the above: an extremely unprofessional and filthy play. Wouldn't recommend buying any house from this agency.

Due to a fault of the broker I am 1500 poorer ... This broker doesn't care because he already has his money.

The broker had good knowledge of the location. Sometimes in communication a bit slow in communication, but communication went well during the sales project. The broker has a good network and was able to estimate the market well. All in all, we were satisfied with the service and the smooth sale of our house for a good price.
