I went here from Saratoga looking for a particular item that none of the chain type pharmacy stores had. Marra's not only had exactly what I needed, but the gentleman who worked there helped me get the right product for me. He stepped out from behind the counter and walked me through each item until we found the perfect match (trust me when I say I had a very specific need). Thank you!

I am appalled at what just happened. I am disabled and use a walker to get around. I have been getting my meds delivered and until recently have not had any major problems. On Monday I was supposed to get some meds delivered and the driver never came. When I called the next day to see what happened I was informed that the driver said he had been at my apartment and tried to call. The problem is that I never received a call and I was specifically waiting for the delivery. Today the owner of Marrahs called and said that he was no longer going to waste his drivers time and so he refused to fill any meds for me. For your own safety do not trust John McDonald to fulfill your medicine needs. He will only put your life in danger. He cares more for his profits then actually doing the right thing.
I need you to get specific medical supplies for my sister and they had them. It's a small family-owned shop and they had what I needed.

Have always found their Pharmaceutical Staff very friendly and helpful. I prefer their shall town environment to the other large commercial establishments. Their gift shop also carries unique items not found in the other four establishments. I Hope they remain for many more years.

The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. This shop is an old-school pharmacy with little knick-knacks for sale alongside medical and home-care supplies. You can't pick up a soda or much beyond a small package of sweets, but there's a nearby bodega for that. They keep the line moving and they're very good about keeping their portion of the street beautiful. Definitely a pillar of the community.
My family amd I have been dealing with Marras for a decades. It always smells like cinnamon and/or apples. I love this. My grand daughter always asked for Apple's when we went in there. We walked in one day and they had them. I love the employees and this pharmacy.. thank you for being good to my mom and children always.
This is a pharmacy that is like a gift shop. And also a medical pharmacy where you can get medical necessities. Such as walkers canes...
I am a disabled individual due to a TBI. I went to get a thermometer all they had was an expensive one that connects to the internet. They typically they are excellent, they deliver my medications. I just just feel they took advantage of me. It isn't easy for me to go to other stores and it is easier for me to walk there.
Everyone there is mad rude ... I will never be giving anyone there my business again .
Wow, this is the most fabulous drug store I've ever been to. Everybody that works there is friendly and super cool. I couldn't ask for more in a drug store experience. They have great credit card machines and a great candy selection.
Have been here several times before. There are a couple accessible parking spots around the back, ramp and elevator to get in. Quick and easy. Great service, helped me carry my new crutches out to my car. Always have great service when I go there.
