I live in yuma Arizona had one of their employees in a company truck try to sideswipe me threw a solid white line to get into my turning lane. Then proceeds to drive so close behind I couldn't see his headlights. Rockets passed me to about 90 on the 65 mph freeway. Truck number 17-1631 Please don't let your people kill someone before you curb this driving.

These guys know their stuff!!! They are Savvey engineers and utility contractors.

As a resident in Salt Lake City I can t express how disrespectful their workers are in my neighborhood. I have called and emailed my complaints but nobody cares. It can t be helped how loud their equipment is to complete the work. What can be helped is their workers yelling and joking over the noise of the equipment. I work nights and for over a week it has been awful. I wonder if their workers and management would like it if someone did this outside of their homes? Today their workers during lunch were actually wrestling outside my window and yelling as I m trying to sleep to go to work tonight. Respect is not in their nature. Just be a good neighbor while in a neighborhood. It s not that difficult.

A Fugal truck and trailer nearly ran me off the road today in a merge area. Crazy driving with strange stopping and then barreling speed on a very busy 9000 South headed West from I-15 as well. Not a good match to invite them into a neighborhood where children might be present. Plate, Utah 00027P.

Horrible to the public, very rude workers. Smoking and on their cell phone the whole time while they are working. Blocked my car in with out even warning me making me very late to work. Talked to the other residents and they blocked them in as well with out warning. And then couldn't move their trucks since they were already working and hooked up to the ground.

I live right off of 1300 West and around 8200 South by the West Jordan Niels and Fugal Sons Co location. Everytime a Niels and Fugal Sons Co truck drives by they honk their horns, even if there is no traffic. It has become a nuisance and is scaring my pets and myself as a horn is used to stop an accident. Please stop. I will be contacting West Jordan Police.

While I've never worked with them before, I got cut off by one of their drivers today on I-15 as he tried to pass a slower car in the lane to my right. Trailer and all, just wasn't very safe.

Dealing with Neils Fugal Sons Co. is very bad. The workers are so difficult to get to stop parking on my neighbor's yard. You see my neighbor is in the final stages of Parkinson's disease and is so distraught about the workers parking on the side yard and blocking his driveway.

My neighbor cannot speak very well at all and so he can't communicate with the workers and so he calls me and I keep telling them to stop parking around back and in front of the garages so there will be space for the "Visiting Angles" and the nurses that go to his house daily. Nope they continue to block him in.

The work is a continuing job and the "splicers" go there regularly. There are plenty of spaces to park but this spot is closer. A bad rude company. The office can't even stop the workers from parking him in.
Joel Tate is the man that runs everything and he is the problem, he could stop this at any time.

Hopefully they look at my job application soon I lost my job today and a family member referred me to them hopefully I get a job soon

Absolutely horrible experience with no end in site. I was referred to this company as someone that could put in a gas line. They came out and did a bid. It was only a couple weeks I got the hole dug and everything in place for them to come back and I can't get a hold of anyone. I called and texted the guy who did the quote 6 times without any response. I finally had to call a boss of a boss to get someone to just call me back and they told me they were too busy and I would have to call someone else. I was told I was being a pain by call them so many times and my job is too small now. Really, so now I've wasted all this time trying to give their company money to have them just bale on me and my project after the 115ft trench is dug and my grass is dying. If I was you I wouldn't trust a project to these guys. If they find something bigger then you will get pushed off and pushed off. I run my own business and if my employees treated other people like this then they would be reprimanded or fired.

Racist workplace ever!!!!!! They can t train other races to be a foreman or any other higher positions unless you re a White person . So disgusted of how they treat other human beings. If you re Mexican and you report an incident to the HR, they don t give a f*** about it. That s why I quit them. They re are so RACIST .

They don't even approach a business before blocking the parking lot or pulling up onto the curb and breaking a retaining wall.

Niels Fugal Sons Co is a construction company, so of course you'll see many workers and construction vehicles. It's located away from residential areas, and they have good gates, security, and a nice front office.

I like all the fugal guys. They been very nice and funny and helpful. They have been in Evanston Wyoming for the last five months. Not a day goes by that they don't bring a smile to your face. I have enjoyed being their house keeper at Motel 6 in Evanston Wyoming. So thank you Buzz, Pete, Dalton, Eric, and Sebastion for always being nice to me and making me feel appreciated. You all will be missed when you all finally go home and get the job done.
