Absolutely horrible experience with no end in site...

Absolutely horrible experience with no end in site. I was referred to this company as someone that could put in a gas line. They came out and did a bid. It was only a couple weeks I got the hole dug and everything in place for them to come back and I can't get a hold of anyone. I called and texted the guy who did the quote 6 times without any response. I finally had to call a boss of a boss to get someone to just call me back and they told me they were too busy and I would have to call someone else. I was told I was being a pain by call them so many times and my job is too small now. Really, so now I've wasted all this time trying to give their company money to have them just bale on me and my project after the 115ft trench is dug and my grass is dying. If I was you I wouldn't trust a project to these guys. If they find something bigger then you will get pushed off and pushed off. I run my own business and if my employees treated other people like this then they would be reprimanded or fired.
