Nice beautiful park with tiny creek. The water is shallow and people enjoy taking their air boat float along. Getting a parking spot near it might be difficult.

A soulful place to read, amazing trails and definitely one of my favorite summer places!
Went there for the first time in the fall. The colors are stunning. I'm sure its a beautiful place anytime of the year.
Nice, quaint piece of nature in the middle of the city.
Great place to wander around trails and enjoy nature
A great well maintained place with a lot of trails. Trails go alongside the river letting you forget about the noise, pollution and feel of you are in center of the city. Also hosts beautiful peony garden, visitor center and a pet friendly environment close to bus-stop.
Great place to hike, run, play, or just sit by the river with a book. If you are a runner looking to do hill repeats, this is the place.
Great park, few bathrooms available, all port-a-potty
I like much. Great place you go. Very clean. Bathroom smell.
This is a beautiful place to spend the whole day or an hour. It has lovely hiking trails. It is a great place for a challenging run or a scrumptious picnic. During the spring and summer, the flowers and plants are gorgeous!
My favorite place in Ann Arbor. Most days, once you're inside the park, you wouldn't even have any idea you're in the middle of a city. The peony garden come late spring is gorgeous and there's a little of everything for everyone here. Hills, rough paths, gravel paths, a river walk, open fields, and "deep woods". Very well maintained and lots of wildlife! The only thing I don't like about the park is the parking. What a pain. Such is life in A2...though, I did recently learn about parking passes being given out in the information office - haven't tried that out yet.
I've spent hours and hours relaxing, running, slacklining, etc. and the Arb never gets old, especially when the sun comes out and warms the open spaces.
It's just an awesome school. I may be biased, as a student.
Pleasant walking. Very nice walking and hiking trails.
The flowers and the scent the petals gave off before they expire filled the grounds with happiness.
very close parking which is nice! beautiful trees and a nice walk. great in fall.
An pleasant place for a evening walk near downtown Ann Arbor.
Gorgeous winding trails, views of the Huron River, expansive fields of mowed grass to lounge, and education about the plants and trees around every bend.
Parking is a limitation. Check website for regular updates on Covid-19 precautions and closures.
Great place for the type of walk that's an honest workout! Scenic and peaceful even though there's usually a fair number of people there.
Quite an impressive arboretum. Enjoyed the random hike I had here.
Every city should have a tranquil place to visit nature and escape the normal life grind our society knows so well. Ann arbor perfectly captures nature in the middle of the Ann arbor city scape here in this magnificent garden. Let nature take your breath away and your stress as you take winding wildflower paths through wooded hills and beautiful river walks.
Beautiful place to visit. Just did engagement photos there.
Great place to enjoy nature but some steep hills could be a challenge for walkers with health problems.
Beautiful place for photography. Too bad my camera doesn't have Google maps!
Fabulous place in Ann Arbor to spend amazing times when you visit the campus of U of Michigan. It is nice place for jogging. Parking is available very close at the hospital parking.
Walked through the Arb from Furstenberg Park to Campus & Downtown Ann Arbor hoping to see the Peonies in bloom and we were not disappointed. They we're close to completely full bloom. Must be at least 20 different varieties. There is a visitor center with a restroom near the Washington Heights (west) entrance of the Arb that is close to the Peonies garden that is a nice pit stop (and also has a few snacks and drinks).
Nice place, well maintained, good for kids.
Gets a little crowded on the weekends
I can't say enough good things about the arb! It's a pretty big arboretum with varying hills, meadows, and trees. Plenty of space for picnicking, playing sports, or hiking/jogging. There are also plenty of events year round (Shakespeare in the Arb, Peonies Garden bloom, etc).
Great hills for trail running! Dogs are not always kept on leashes as instructed but most owners are friendly.
The difficulty is not writing where the branched roads go. It might be good for a walk.
Absolutely beautiful. Great place to take the kids and have a picnic and play some catch or just to go for a nice walk.
Really beautiful and well kept. Great map. Lots of trail signs to read. Visitors center was disappointing.
One of my favorite places to walk, read, explore and visit!
Beautiful area for a walk or a picnic! Especially when the weather is nice
Fairly busy most of the times I have been here. But other than that. It is a wonderful hike and place to explore a bit of nature around AA.
One of my favorite places. Very peaceful, and a great place just to relax
A very great place. Very clean and you are treated with great respect.
I really had a wonderful experience touring your college while on vacation in Ypsilanti, Michigan. I was very impressed, especial the law school part of the college, since I'm a paralegal and now a NC Surety Bail Bondsman and a member of the NC Bail Agent Association.
The best part of my tour with my girlfriend was having the very best tour guide, your very own Professor Tad. I love your college, and Michagan.
Gorgeous. Wish the hiking trails were a bit harder but you really just wanna appreciate the nature around you.
Great place to hike. Dog friendly, too (though the water needs to be turned on for the dog drinking fountains).
Easy to get to, easy to moderate level trails, access to the Huron river.
Beautiful place to walk, jog and hike on the trails.
It's an excellent place to take kids, pets, have a picnic, or just relax! Have a nice nature walk and enjoy sitting by the Huron River!
Beautiful peonies! The arboretum was filled with wonderful fragrance as we enter it.
Beautiful city park. I come here mutliple times a week.
Such a gem. An amazing place to hang out and relax.
A gem in the heart of Ann Arbor. Lots of trails, trees, hills, valleys, and the river!
This place was absolutely beautiful! It is very large and there is a lot of walking area. We went in Autumn and the leaves were gorgeous in the Valley area. Definitely an awesome place to take pictures. My only problem was the parking. There were only a couple spots to park and you had to pay the special online ticket thing. Very confusing and disappointing that there was not more area to park at when there were parking lots everywhere but they were only for permits only. This does not make me feel welcome or encourage me to come to the Arboretum when I can't even have a parking place.
Can't really go wrong spending an afternoon here. Quiet, very peaceful.
