A great well maintained place with a lot of trails. Trails go alongside the river letting you forget about the noise, pollution and feel of you are in center of the city. Also hosts beautiful peony garden, visitor center and a pet friendly environment close to bus-stop.

This is a beautiful place to spend the whole day or an hour. It has lovely hiking trails. It is a great place for a challenging run or a scrumptious picnic. During the spring and summer, the flowers and plants are gorgeous!

My favorite place in Ann Arbor. Most days, once you're inside the park, you wouldn't even have any idea you're in the middle of a city. The peony garden come late spring is gorgeous and there's a little of everything for everyone here. Hills, rough paths, gravel paths, a river walk, open fields, and "deep woods". Very well maintained and lots of wildlife! The only thing I don't like about the park is the parking. What a pain. Such is life in A2...though, I did recently learn about parking passes being given out in the information office - haven't tried that out yet.

Gorgeous winding trails, views of the Huron River, expansive fields of mowed grass to lounge, and education about the plants and trees around every bend.

Parking is a limitation. Check website for regular updates on Covid-19 precautions and closures.

Every city should have a tranquil place to visit nature and escape the normal life grind our society knows so well. Ann arbor perfectly captures nature in the middle of the Ann arbor city scape here in this magnificent garden. Let nature take your breath away and your stress as you take winding wildflower paths through wooded hills and beautiful river walks.

Fabulous place in Ann Arbor to spend amazing times when you visit the campus of U of Michigan. It is nice place for jogging. Parking is available very close at the hospital parking.

Walked through the Arb from Furstenberg Park to Campus & Downtown Ann Arbor hoping to see the Peonies in bloom and we were not disappointed. They we're close to completely full bloom. Must be at least 20 different varieties. There is a visitor center with a restroom near the Washington Heights (west) entrance of the Arb that is close to the Peonies garden that is a nice pit stop (and also has a few snacks and drinks).

I can't say enough good things about the arb! It's a pretty big arboretum with varying hills, meadows, and trees. Plenty of space for picnicking, playing sports, or hiking/jogging. There are also plenty of events year round (Shakespeare in the Arb, Peonies Garden bloom, etc).

I really had a wonderful experience touring your college while on vacation in Ypsilanti, Michigan. I was very impressed, especial the law school part of the college, since I'm a paralegal and now a NC Surety Bail Bondsman and a member of the NC Bail Agent Association.
The best part of my tour with my girlfriend was having the very best tour guide, your very own Professor Tad. I love your college, and Michagan.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It is very large and there is a lot of walking area. We went in Autumn and the leaves were gorgeous in the Valley area. Definitely an awesome place to take pictures. My only problem was the parking. There were only a couple spots to park and you had to pay the special online ticket thing. Very confusing and disappointing that there was not more area to park at when there were parking lots everywhere but they were only for permits only. This does not make me feel welcome or encourage me to come to the Arboretum when I can't even have a parking place.
