Good restaurant, nice bar. Some tables outside and the bar is often busy on Friday and Saturday evenings. Nice selection of cocktails. These can also be individually adapted on request.

Hotel and restaurant in prime location. Enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace with a magnificent view of Rotterdam and the Nieuwe Maas. The rooms also have beautiful views of the city.

Hotel is clean. Quality of bed is good. Pity that you cannot reserve king size bed. It's available but system does not allow to reserve it . Not balanced price for value. Very minimalistic. Room looks like hospital. View to Erasmus bridge is great but small improvements could help seriously. The only one hook is in bathroom but cannot even hold one towel long enough. Availble pieces of furniture are pretty used. Room for two has one pair of slippers, one cup for coffee, one cup for tea, one small bottle of water. Saturday night price 250 euro.
To be fair I must say breakfast is very good. Very friendly staff. Can be overcrowded though.

It looks better than it is. Rooms are not super big. They made a poor mistake, giving me a room that was already given away. View in my room wasn't really nice.

Fantastic experience staying on the 23rd floor and touching the top of the erasmus bridge with your nose, as it were.

Modern Hotel in a beautiful location room just may be something more modern color and I missed a bath. Staff very friendly on Saturday with check in at 11:00 we could all go to the room and breakfast is superb with great views

We stayed just one night in order to attend an early morning event the next day, so we did not take advantage of the hotel's bar, breakfast, gym, etc.

The room we stayed in felt sleek and modern, and it certainly felt new, as though they were still working on filling the empty walls (such as an oddly large empty space in the bathroom). The beds were moderately comfortable. The hotel was quiet, had a beautiful view of the Nieuwe Maas, and was located near many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a Metro station.

My only complaint is that our bathroom smelled like cigarettes. There was a sign in the bedroom that said in large letters something along the lines of "SMOKING IS ALLOWED" followed by in smaller text "JUST NOT IN HERE". It made me wonder if people interpreted that as "you can't smoke in the bedroom but you can certainly smoke while sitting on the can." Lol.

If you have an office in the same building, it can be unsuitable and mobile on rainy days

Great view of the Rotterdam skyline! Delicious dinner and breakfast and friendly service. Great bed. The shower could be better. For example, more hooks for your towel or pajama size and a closed wall instead of an undoubtedly hip glass plate so that you can see the silhouette of the person in the shower. So think twice where you put your washcloth ;-) And the mirror wall in which the TV is hidden is also not ideal; I'll look at myself in the bathroom. Nevertheless: wake up wonderfully with a view of the Erasmus Bridge!

Really conscientious service, even with out-of-the-norm requests (like a late check out of 2:30pm, and advice on bleaching stains!). Hip, modern furnishings and design that are still comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet with friendly service next to an amazing view of Rotterdam harbor from the terrace on 7th floor -- a great way to start the day with a deep breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean and well-kept hotel. Bed was just very hard. We stayed here because we had to go to the hospital the next day with our daughter for an operation. When checking out we received a package and a ticket to wish her luck, very warm and thoughtful!

Standard hotel room was very neat. Wifi nice and fast. We even had a bath. No blackout curtains. The hotel bar was a bit disappointing and the breakfast very expensive.

Great view from the bar on the seventh floor. The staff is unfortunately rude and inattentive. The drinks are priced very high and the offered snacks are overpriced. Too bad. You could make more out of it!

Very modern clean great location AIDA jetty is right on the hotel. Highly recommended. Also the water taxi attaches directly.

Great breakfast. Bed reasonable. Small room. When we arrived at the room an envelope stuck to the door for a guest who was familiar with us. We were harassed at 3:15 at night by someone from the hotel who brought a suitcase. It was crowded during north sea jazz and so busy, but that's not that comfortable. We indicated this when checking out and they were very sorry.

I thought it was a top location. Good food, great service and a beautiful view of the Erasmus bridge. And ..... a low price compared to what is offered.

A friendly welcome. Promptly had an upgrade of room. (With a reason) With a view of the Erasmus Bridge. Beautiful view. A nice room with a good bed. Large bathroom with two sinks. Everything looked neat. A delicious breakfast. Too much to eat. People with gluten allergy, lots of juices, smoothies, or even making a vegetable smoothie are also possible. And you can have a delicious omelet made. Hotel is the central. Metro at 50 meters. Tram too. And water taxi around the corner from hotel New York. Tickets for sale at the reception.

Nice view, top location and breakfast buffet but poorly understood desk clerk, simple counter, pass that did not work anymore at the elevator, some dirty windows and rather small room. With a 220 Euro moderate price-quality ratio.

The hotel upgraded us without our permission. We ended up paying 30 euros per night extra at the end. Very disappointing. Apart from that the hotel was great with a nice view over the Erasmus Bridge.

The room was good, the view was amazing. Why the 2 stars?
1- no valet parking
2- no enough staff to help me with my luggeg! I have 5 bags , i took the trolley and go through the building next to the hotel ( because the parking carage was there) they ruined my day.

NHow is not worth the 4 stars the hotel claims to have in every aspect. Our standard room corresponded at most to that of a 3-star hotel - it was rel. small and impractical, but the views from a higher floor are spectacular.
The breakfast offer corresponds to the expectations that we had with the room rate to be paid, but the staff was very inattentive. Tables were first
cleared after our request, we only got breakfast coffee when we went to the
"Coffee machine attendant" went and asked for it - refills were not given. The fitness room was very small - hardly designed for simultaneous use by several people. Overall, in our opinion, the hotel was not as good as we expected from a 4 star hotel.

We were here with a group for work. The arrangement during the day was very good: spacious rooms with a view of the Erasmus Bridge and abundant and delicious catering. The hotel rooms were also fine (although I was glad I didn't share a room with a colleague, because the bathroom wall is made of glass). The bar is fine, a bit noisy but with a nice view and tasty cocktails.
Dinner, however, was very disappointing. It was not enough, so we had to order fries, which came way too low. The vegetarian alternative was also really below par and this too was much too late. So I recommend choosing a different location for dinner.

Not a great hotel for the business traveller. No desk in the room. No desk or working space in the hotel. Bar is not a place for setting up the laptop to work.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. If ever in Rotterdam again will definitely be staying here and recommend to anyone thinking of going!

What a fun night away it was in NHOW rotterdam. Just a mini vacation. Most beautiful view ever. Great room. Super good breakfast. And staff very welcoming too. Can't think of anything negative.

"Rooftop" bar with a beautiful view on the skyline of Rotterdam including the Erasmus bridge. The staff is not really friendly though, and the decoration of the indoor part of the bar is (as you can expect of a hotel) very sterile and cold.

Very nice hotel with great views !! The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. We booked with breakfast and the breakfast was just the hit, so much choice. Everything was really extraordinary.

There may not be such a thing as a flawless hotel, but this one comes closer than most. Cracking chefs, kind and super-efficient staff and fabulicious views.

Great view (even in fog) and super friendly employees. The next morning, a real effort had been made to put together a rich and hot breakfast with fresh coffee - we got it handy to have breakfast in our room. All in all, a super staycation in our own city.

Lazy and unhelpful reception staff. Ask for a higher floor at check-in when given a room on the 9th. Told nothing available. Got to room which only had two single beds so called downstairs saying: "I had booked a double bed". Sorry sir, we've got a double room up on the 17th floor for you . Told: "I'm surprised they didn't ask what type of bed you wanted?". Also told on the phone a late check out was fine - great! Not told their was a 10 charge for that until checking out

Really cool place. Rooms were modern and super spacious by European standards. Other hotel amenities were cool too, including the bar. Unbeatable location in the vertical city complex The Rotterdam and across the street from metro and trams.

The shower was badly designed and water remained on the floor.

Very nice hotel with a very good location. Came here to provide a teambuilding activity to 300 people. The Loft room is great and it has an amazing view on the Erasmus bridge. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

It looks like a design, but it is not convenient to use.
The tram at the intersection will make a huge sound when passing through the pier. Only when you put the earplugs on, you can rest well. It is best to confirm whether your room type is on the left side of the river when you make a reservation. The situation that the sound is disturbed should also be reduced!
In addition, the drainage of the bathroom is very slow, and there is no design of the water stop bar, so you must carefully control the water from the shower head, and the direction of the shower or your bathroom will flood the water.

We stayed for a weekend (one night) for a city break in Rotterdam. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can reach all city spots in a maximum of 20 minutes walk. Also in the pedestrian precinct you are super fast, so the hotel is well located for shopping.



The hotel also appears to be popular with non-hotel guests for its 7th-floor bar. Here we come to the only shortcoming: our rooms on the 16th and 21st floor were right above the bar, on the Saturday night well celebrated. Anyway, one heard the bass and the announcements from the DJ throughout the night. For people with light sleep unfortunately terribly disturbing.

The breakfast buffet the next morning made this partly good again, because here in my eyes nothing to be desired. Scrambled eggs with bacon, boiled eggs, freshly made omelette. Bread rolls, croissants in sweet and savory. All sorts of cereal, fruit but also muffins and other sweets and even fresh smoothies. Again, I can imagine that "external" only for the breakfast buffet.

All in all, I can only recommend the hotel. However, one has to weigh whether the view of the bridge makes up for the sound from below or you might prefer to book a room in a different direction. Maybe we were unlucky and the volume is not every day or every weekend!

Overall a great looking hotel. The staff at the reception were very helpful asking us questions and giving us suggestions based on our answers.
Although, something to keep in mind is some basic stuff: access cards often don't work, our room's soundproof was not great to say the least and some other minor details that an hotel at this price point should not allow.

All in all, although the hotel is good the value for money at their price point is not the best.
