Firstly, the receptionist was not accommodating with snobbish attitude.

Secondly, No dental kit provided! For a 5 star hotel i would expect to have at least dental kit (ie toothbrush and toothpaste) ready in the toilet. As usual, when i head to the counter to ask for the toothbrush was given an attitude.

Thirdly, No housekeeping! Disappointing especially coming back after a long day of hiking and expects the room to be neat and tidy. When I head to the reception to tell them about it, they did not admit their mistake and claimed that the "No disturb" sign was hanging on the door knob which we literally did not touch it and the sign was in the room all along. Had to head out for an hour just to let them clean my room.

My advise: Don't bother to book for NH as this will be my last (other country NH as well). Stayed in 2 other 5 star hotels in Barcelona which is way better in service and cheaper.
