NH is a certainty, from all points of view: as a business location it provides facilities, quality services and always present and competent personnel. this hotel is even closer to the pedestrian shopping center of Rome, to combine useful and enjoyable.

To this day, I am still surprised by the terrible service provided by this hotel as NH. After booking on their website they made me a double charge in the VISA that took them more than a month to correct. I arrived at the hotel on September 14, they tell me without notice that they are undergoing construction and they transfer me to another NH. A week ago they reloaded my VISA for the THIRD time and they still do not answer or solve the issue. 720 overloaded on a visa? And without a solution? I highly doubt that I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
VERY surprised with the terrible customer service this hotel has, considering it's NH.
Made a reservation directly on their website (NH) and got double charged on my VISA. Took a month for them to react or even answer me.
Arrived Sept14 to be informed that same night that they were renovating part of the hotel, had no rooms, and had to move me to a different hotel. And to top it off, They ve now Charles my Visa Once More! Triple charged, "by mistake". 720 incorrectly charged and still no response at all from their personnel.
I would never recommend staying here unless you plan to cancel all your credit cards afterwards.

We had a great time, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed

Impeccable place, located in very green areas and within walking distance of important tourist areas of Rome, the rooms are of a decent size. A tip I can give is to include channels in Spanish that are not just news.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Free wi-fi and breakfast, no gym. 15 minute walk to Fontana di Trevi.

Location a bit out of the way-upscale district with a large selection of great restaurants. Rome city easily accessible by bus and metro - on foot, depending on where you want to go, 1 / 2-1 hour relaxing down Via Veneto.

The hotel does not encourage you to look outside. First of all, very good location overlooking the famous Roman park Villa Borghese, also not far from here are the Spanish Steps. Good standard, polite service.

The entrance to the Hotel only has stairs. For someone with many suitcases, elderly or wheelchair is very inaccessible. The people are friendly but the room they put me in is tiny with a really small bed. There is no room to accommodate the suitcases and a very small table to work, which needs to be contested with other objects. When I asked if they could give me a room with a bed is a bigger bathroom, so I am accustomed, including on vacation, I was only told that the hotel was full. And today he continued with his breakfast. I got the drink, coffee and when I went to get the food, the waiter took everything and gave my table to others !!! Really, I can not recommend this hotel.

I was at this hotel for an evening event for aperitifs & dancing. The place is very beautiful and spacious. Even the foods are good but it is better to have more variety. However, I am very satisfied.

I only went for a coffee since a relative worked there and I found myself very well. Clean environment and courteous staff.

A few steps away from Via Veneto, famous for the Fellinian "dolce vita", it overlooks the ancient Roman walls. The rooms on the course have a great view.
It's not the first time we use this structure to the events organized by our group: Almagestum group.

We arrived to a beautiful welcome at reception . Rooms were nice and clean. Toilteries and water topped up daily. Our holiday was to celebrate my sister's recent appointment as a solicitor. I emailed the hotel beforehand, they arranged a lovely surprise. The room was decorated with balloons , complimentary drinks, and a gift bag. It was so thoughtful. Carlos in the breakfast room was very friendly and so welcoming. He went above and beyond every single day. Loved my stay, Rome is beautiful.

Functional and aesthetically modern, with numerous rooms equipped for congress activities, less than a quarter of an hour walk from the Spanish Steps, a good structure to stay in the capital.

Good rooms with a lot of provisions. Loved the coffee machine with capsules- added a touch of luxury. Highly priced but we stayed on new years eve so can't complain

Well a long flight from United States with the Delta crew and faced a 3 hour wait to get in the room. I wrote asking for a early room. It would have been nice if they had taken the time to fix a room for us knowing how tire we were and we waiting in their lounge. Not impressed. Restaurant was very kind.

beautiful very nice well cared for and very clean room personnel structure we were surprised that the day we arrived in the evening we found our room already rearranged and placed the bathroom, towels changed and chocolates on our bed and a fruit bit on our desk, good breakfast great experience

Enjoyed our stay here, though wish we had got the garden facing view. Overall a fab place to stay, with a great breakfast buffet, good food, helpful staff and the Hop On Hop Off tour bus stop close by.

excellent structure I was for an event I must say that very polite and very professional staff .. comfortable and very clean rooms the thing that struck me that the check was done before 15:00 and find the room already 'reinterpreted in the evening with the my bathroom restored throughout and the bed and tidied up with some very good chocolates to taste was pretty ... thanks a lot, very good breakfast but with a smile more 'would not hurt thanks to Mr. Pedro and mirko for its availability' to solve a little problem with the air in my room making me understand how it worked to keep the air off and to regulate the temperature to contact the number 0 very kind and sunny boys I will be happy to return
