The hotel is very modern and offers really nice rooms, there is a star deduction because the parking garage of the hotel is really expensive however there is a public parking garage which costs only about 20 per day (which is for Rome in really acceptable)

Extraordinary location, my room overlooked Villa Borghese, the excellent breakfast the staff welcomes you with a smile the room very clean and large enough, I was really happy I will definitely be back.

beautiful past experience in Nh staff super friendly and very attentive to ensure that the customer is satisfied with everything spacious rooms .... very pretty room with a park view or I stayed with my colleague in 412 chambermaid very kind and plans friendly room stop super neat and very clean room / bedroom and a bathroom with a replacement for everything you need and even folded our clothes and put them well on our bed bent cute, breakfast very good if there would be a little more kind croissants not frozen would much better .... out for the type of hotel and for a lot of customers we would like someone who can give you support for luggage etc etc. the rest is magnificent and was a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Returning from a week of JUNIOR SUITE WITH "TERRACE" ... I choose it because I have a ... paid FULL PRICE for ZERO SERVICES ... heck, they think, we still charge the supplement !!! oh well COVID'S FAULT?!? The first two days without a restaurant .... BETTER !!! Etc etc, they stuck to whatever was payable ... with a lot of imagination !!!

Modern, luxurious hotel, great location, friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and with all the comforts (maybe a little more maintenance should be done). I point out that at the entrance you have to go down several stairs or take the elevator and that the hotel is on a busy street

The rooms were spotless and the staff was extremely helpful. Especially Valeria at the reception, who did her utmost to help us with our visiting around Rome, always with a smile on her face!

All perfect sin the room a cold Po until they turn on the hot air that starts at 7.30pm but then stays on all night!

Nice hotel ... well located due to the train station nearby ... would go back.

Room was nice and clean, but not much bigger than a shoebox. I certainly understand that it s Europe and things are much smaller, but this kind of small is not necessary especially when I ve booked a full size bed and ended up with a twin.
Keep in mind that most hotels in Italy control the room temperature from the reception, so if you want it cooler, you must call and ask.
They don t offer desk top fans for air movement.
My room was pleasantly cool.
I think my biggest issue was the size.

Definitely a nice hotel, in the center, very organized but we said a little expensive.

"Orphan" of the sudden closing of The Duke I tried this hotel that I had visited on other rare occasions. I describe a nice and kind reception although more "formal" and a great service. Convenient location and architecture that "hides" it a little from the busy road that runs along the top of Via Veneto. Excellent air conditioning, clean room equipped with every comfort although not scenic and elegant in furnishings. I feel the comparison with my habits (The Duke or Bernini Bristol) obvious, but good overall consideration. Well.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful hotel located in the splendid setting of Villa Borghese. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the room very clean and spacious and above all a very caring, attentive and knowledgeable staff. I would like to thank the staff, especially Walid, Federica, Mariagrazia and Cristina for their hospitality and their kindness. They made me feel at home!

As for all Nh hotel, the high quality is respected and the hotel is very nice. The room are well furnished and bathroom always clean and comfortable. As this is a collection type, there are 2 bottles of free water and free tea and coffee lavazza machine. There is also a gym and the location is near to city centre.

A business hotel, very small (tiney? ) room for single occupancy. Good breakfast though.

The small rooms and the tiny bathroom. You can't dry your hair without hitting the door on your elbow. Surprising in a four star hotel. The buffet breakfast without comments, the toaster does not work well and there is only that one for the whole dining room !!! One of the coffee makers does not work either. A shame of breakfast for the quality standard expected of NH and this category of hotel. The thermostat in one of our rooms does not work properly. And the 2016 comment on the response time of the bar-restaurant to serve a sandwich, one hour !!!, without roasting and the cheese without melting! To say something positive, the bed is very good. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a pity.

I have been to this hotel on business. It is a pity that the congress halls have no windows, because otherwise everything is perfect; the staff is very nice.

Unfortunately, with an excuse of a conditioning failure they moved us to sleep in another NH. The problem is that we had the day after the professional event at the NH Vittorio Veneto. So discomfort in the move. We had a double room with single beds and it was not ready had the bed to be separated and it was also a hole. Nothing to be said instead with the staff of the congress management very kind and collaborative.

Sitting at hitek bar for 20 min now and no bar tender:):). This is supposed to be a good hotel

It was clean but the bed was narrow. The breakfast was delicious and the croissant was freshly baked.

Recently renovated, clean hotel with gym and parking.

Friendly polite staff who really cannot do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped with whatever you could need for a well rested sleep following a day out sight seeing in Rome.

Decent hotel with good rooms and great breakfast. The hotel is located quite close to a busy road, but the sound insulation of the windows is good. Main issue is that the temperature in my room was very high and it was almost impossible to get the temperature down.

unrepeatable experience, we have found on 11.24.2018 to spend the night in this hotel completely renovated, with the team of the Rugby World Champion All Blacks, the rest seems to me, too modern style, initially a front desk person has created a bit ' of inconvenience, until the arrival of a colleague

The room have good furnitures but often loud because of the traffic or other guests and elevators.
I don t recommend the breakfast... there is a lot but many things are missing and there is always a lot of noise of dishes. Not relaxing.
Final the service at the reception is quite slow also in the peak hours.

Comfortable hotel very close to Via Veneto and Villa Borghese. I was a guest of this hotel only for conferences. The nearest subway line is Barberini, though using the Largo Federico Fellini underpass that leads to the Villa Borghese parking lots you can reach Piazza di Spagna in 10 minutes.

The air conditioner in room 409 did not work at night. I asked at the front desk to solve the problem, the next morning the receptionist informed me that they would be turned on. The night again was turned off and the night shift receptionist for the second night reported that the air conditioning is turned off at night. It was extremely rude and he simply informed us that he could not do anything. 04/19/2019. A shame because I have stayed other times and had no problem. The lord of the desk should be more attentive.

Good hotel good rooms. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a good rest. With a fairly complete breakfast of acceptable quality. Very good option Location: secluded but not far from everywhere; in the middle of everything. Nothing at all close but nothing at all far. Point against the reception; It is in an inferior floor and a person in the door that I indicated.
