NH Collection Vittorio Veneto Review

I booked a room between 10/03/18 and 10/06/18 and to my amazement the hotel was overbooked, due to a symposium on those dates.
I was not notified in advance and was faced with the imposition of moving to another hotel.
I hope that someone in charge of the nh collection group analyzes these situations and takes appropriate punitive measures so that this does not happen again to its customers.
Not even an apology was given to me.
I find these situations outrageous in hotels of this category

Quiet, great location. Short walk to most big destinations in Rome and the staff was nice.

Attended the convention center on the occasion of a national professional congress. Spacious and numerous classrooms. Good restaurant, well organized and professional.
