To this day, I am still surprised by the terrible service provided by this hotel as NH. After booking on their website they made me a double charge in the VISA that took them more than a month to correct. I arrived at the hotel on September 14, they tell me without notice that they are undergoing construction and they transfer me to another NH. A week ago they reloaded my VISA for the THIRD time and they still do not answer or solve the issue. 720 overloaded on a visa? And without a solution? I highly doubt that I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
VERY surprised with the terrible customer service this hotel has, considering it's NH.
Made a reservation directly on their website (NH) and got double charged on my VISA. Took a month for them to react or even answer me.
Arrived Sept14 to be informed that same night that they were renovating part of the hotel, had no rooms, and had to move me to a different hotel. And to top it off, They ve now Charles my Visa Once More! Triple charged, "by mistake". 720 incorrectly charged and still no response at all from their personnel.
I would never recommend staying here unless you plan to cancel all your credit cards afterwards.
