This hotel has nice staff good dine in and transportation to the city center. The Street Fair happens right in front of the hotelduring weekends. Getting downtown takes you about 15 minutes by the complementary shuttle Hotel.
Well located, 10 minutes from the ferry to reach the center. The EYE tower not far away. Quiet and comfortable, I recommend.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days, our experience was positive, we had a good time. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at the reception, and in the latter we found answers every time we asked a few questions. We were also promptly informed of a probable storm, nice and cozy room, normal size, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the TV only took two Italian channels. Shuttle service that takes you from the hotel to the central station that is absolutely convenient and a plus for this hotel. Positive experience, we put 4 stars only because we missed the bidet, but we know that in the rest of Europe it is not well seen.

I checked in at 8 am and went to bed after all night flying. The cleaning staffed knocked on my door and tried to come in five times!! I was very annoyed, I opened the door and they said I need to check out. I told them I just got there and they said sorry. Hate when my sleep is disturbed.

Rooms are clean, equipped with kettle and fridge. I enquired with the front desk regarding restaurants that might be open for dinner on Christmas, and the front desk staff simply told me "it depends, some are open, you'd have to ask." She made zero attempt to recommend a place or check what might actually be open. I feel like having a concierge or staff member providing this kind of info is part of the job of a hotel, no? Any respectable place will attempt to assist an out of town guest. The fact that they don't is, frankly, unprofessional and clearly delicates this place as squarely mediocre.

Good value for money ! Hotel a little dated from the outside, well decorated, decent rooms, very good lunch (a little expensive, 15).
If you are afraid of the idea that it is out of the way, free shuttles take you to the center every 20 minutes! But we did everything on foot, allow 20 minutes with the ferry crossing (free) to reach the center.
Only downside, the cleanliness of the rooms .. an apple was lying under the bed, a hair clip also.
I recommend it all the same!
I stay here often when in Amsterdam. Staff is very helpful and you can even check out a bicycle for the day. Nice quiet area. Close to the weekend market and good shuttle service.
Warm in the room. Fresh air could not come in enough. Somewhat disturbing that there are so many airline staff members everywhere in the lobby.

There is a shuttle service to the Central station and we loved the service provided to the customer till 12:15 am in the morning. The rooms are clean and service is very good. It would have been great and I would have rated 5* if they had more buffet spread to cater all categories of countries. Indians it was difficult.Rooms are big and have seperate rooms with balcony for who smokes! Lake view and road views were there!
hotel that offers good performance the facade of it does not look mine but the interior is tastefully decorated. the room is spacious but the bathroom is small. The hotel shuttle is very convenient to the city center and that every 15 minutes until 23:45

The NH Amsterdam Noord is the home of the Delta Airline crews who arrive here by coach from the airport. If you always wanted to meet an American stewardess or pilot, this is your chance! Otherwise the building is a former hospital transformed into an hotel. The rooms are quite ok, the staff is friendly, parking is FREE on their own premises which is great. The location is not great for tourists BUT there is a free shuttle to the city centre.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It has a shuttle that runs you into downtown or you can walk about 15/20 min to the free ferry which takes you Central Station. They also have free bike rentals. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Have stayed at many hotels from this company before, this one is quite comfortable :) will stay again if needing to be local to the area...

Excellent hotel I was just a day and only to sleep because we had a working meeting in the area. Very good service and very good service. Comfortable and pleasant room. All very well. About 25 minutes walk from the central Amsterdam train station (20 minutes walk plus 5 minute ferry that runs every time). I guess it's a good option if you're going to work in the area but not for sightseeing in Amsterdam (maybe a bit away from Amsterdam's best known and tourist area).

This hotel is just outside Amsterdam downtown are. They have a shuttle service. There is an outdoor farmers market Thursday and Friday across the street that is worth seeing. I would recommend having breakfast at the hotel. Very clean and friendly. (Delta Airlines uses this hotel for there crew.

Poor air conditioning in rooms is a deal breaker. Would never pay to stay here again simply because of it. 80f degrees at night inside my room is unnacceptable.

Basic hotel in Amsterdam. Near ferry to Central Amsterdam.
Too many Covid-19 dangerous signals, total lack of understanding that the initial fight against the pandemic starts with cleaning the site, that is, having it cleaned up. Each photo shows a source of bacteria. Even large water or other moisture spots on carpets that can be easily cleaned with a carpet cleaner. Windows of the room were downright dirty. Pledged "No Interim Cleaning" snack was not received although ticker was hanging on doorknob.

This hotel is located in a nice area with restaurants and shops. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the free ferry that crosses over to Central Station. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has a cozy atmosphere with dinner and drink specials. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel itself is in a great place if you have to be in Noord. It has a great appearance, the staff is nice and the room is neat (some things could have been nicer finished)
The room has a separate bathroom (at least my room had that) and it looks clean.
Breakfast is fine too. Fresh dishes for everyone.
The only thing that was really disappointing was the dinner.
First, I had to eat in the bar because the restaurant was closed and the food was also disappointing.
I had to pay 20 euros for a chicken schnitzel with chips and a small salad. The chips were not fried enough and the chicken schnitzel was just tossed in the chip shop. In addition, it was not tender meat, rather a very cheap piece of old chicken. I had to chew a lot to get through, while the outside was soggy from the whole thing being fried.
In my view, this dish was worth less than 10 euros.

Just back from a 3 night stay in this hotl couldn t fault it thought location was going to be a problem but couldn t be more wrong the free shuttle bus was a godsend , really friendly staff and great food and staff in the bar , also used the ferry one morning which was easy would really recommend the Noord great hotel
Hotel very clean, spacious room. Breakfast served in the room at the requested time. Staff available and welcoming
Ate at their restaurant and suffered food poison. Fever, vomit and diarrhea, a very unpleasant experience. Is fine if you choose to stay but do yourself a favor and don't eat at the restaurant or order room service. Better off going hungry than having few lousy day recovering.

Rooms are overall average, but nicer as they renovated a few years ago. 5 minute walk to a couple grocery stores. Small convenience stores and restaurants are even closer. The hotel bar is good and quite busy during happy hour. Free Wi-Fi and decent TV channels are a plus.
Not located downtown, but free shuttle service is provided throughout the day and well into the evening. Only a 5-10 minute ride will drop you at another NH Hotel in the city center right close to Amsterdam Central Train Station.
