We had a wonderful stay In this hotel. Awesome staff, nice and very friendly.
Thank you very much for your kindness, reception desk, barmaid, shuttle men's, breakfast waiters.
The room is spacious and quiet and the bed is very confortable. We loved the modern bathroom with bathtub.
The breakfast was quiet complete and we'll organize.
The very ++ is the free shuttle who drop you and pick you up in Amsterdam city center station.Thank you very much at the drivers

Soleless hotel with hot rooms and uninspiring food.

We stayed in Noord prior to our Viking River Cruise in Amsterdam. We came 4 days early and Noord is 5-10minutes away by car from Central Station and the riverfront where the boats depart. Quiet with plenty of restaurants and shopping to explore on foot or bike. The hotel Noord also has bicycles available. The hotel staff was helpful and very welcoming to us foreigners. They will take you anywhere on their shuttle. It might be pricier than others but it was a 5 star hotel that was quiet, safe and with all the amenities. Please consider NH Noord for your say when in Amsterdam.

This NH hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Rooms were clean and fairly modern, reception was warm welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect for someone who wants to escape the huddle and bussle of Amsterdam central area. Oh and their hotel reception sweets were yummy !

When we stayed you could get a shuttle bus for free from the hotel to central Amsterdam running every 15 minutes after 10pm until 12:30 pm. If you fancy a nice walk you can walk from the hotel to the ferry port which takes about 20 minutes then get on the ferry over to dam central. This was an option I chose most of the time because it was a nice walk, I think if I was to visit again I would want to ride a bike down ere. You can a real taste of normal life traveling on the ferry and walk-in down these streets.

Only negative point I could make about the hotel is that it's hallways feel dated and slightly dirty. Random appliances seem to clutter the hall. Not a big deal just an observation.

Horrendous customer service... Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever been subjected too. Uncomfortably dodgy area as well to boot

Love NH Noord! Always so nice! Like our second family since we are there alot!! Great neighborhood! San Remo, Max, Maneer Kabob, and Michael Kap Salon...our favorite spots

Comfortable rooms. A plus is the free shuttle service to Amsterdam Central Station.
