Worked for nexus for around 2 months, worse company to work for up to date, place is really small and alot of the staff depend on the one person to do all the work. A big No if you ask me, save your time and look else where

Truly one of the worst companies I ve had to deal with. Spent half a day trying to sort out a car for an emergency, then told that I would have to collect it from 15 miles away because they can t drop off. Appalling website experience and these people deal with the lowest of low car rental places, old cars that are poorly maintained and of poor spec. I suggest anyone thinking to use Nexus to stay away!

Absolutely vile! Checks completed on a hire vehicle and delivery driver aware of the checks and damage, i have now been told damages were my fault when they were absolutely not! I am now out of pocket for damages caused by previous driver! Disgusting company who do not investigate propwrly! Do not use as ypu will be paying their costs

Used them ok for a couple of years, then had a really critical hire booked a few weeks in advance.
They suddenly cancelled the hire and closed our account just the day before the hire was due to start. Turned out they had muddled us up with another company and wrongly credit rated us, but no matter - the account was closed now, so too late.
Rudest ever account manager called Craig Brown who gave a string of excuses to try to cover for their mistake, including that our account was too small.
I would strongly recommend bypassing these middle men and going straight to one of the larger vehicle rental companies direct
Very poor, repeated mistakes in car deliveries compounded by unsatisfactory and occasionally faulty vehicles.
Soul destroying to contact. I had an issue and got to hear alternating recorded messages, almost designed to toy with me. Was promised a call back, one hour later I called again and there was no record of me calling. Still on hold now......
