I had the most wonderful experience at this hospital!!! All the RNs, Angela, Steve, Hannah, Shannon and Grace and all the aides and lab people, the food staff, the OR staff, and especially Dr. Adam Johannsen, were amazing. I broke my leg and he completely fixed it and took extremely great care of me. I would totally recommend Tria and St. Francis Hospital. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!!!

Hy husband just returned home after a very frustrating visit. Here s a rundown of what went wrong: First, the nurse who checked us in at the ER took down my phone number wrong and my husband s email address wrong. Both of these caused issues later as the hospital was trying to contact me, and as we were trying to find his online chart. Then, after two negative covid tests, the ER nurse kept trying to take another test, against my husband s wishes. And the ER doctor kept trying to scare my husband into allowing it, detailing all kinds of worst-case scenarios. My husband had to actually ask if he had pneumonia. (Yes) No one told him this until he asked. For four hours, he asked for a sleep aid before finally getting it. Oxygen was listed as part of his care plan upon admission, but was not given by the nurse until 8 hours later, even though his sat levels were regularly dropping below 90. This same nurse made an unprofessional comment without realizing my husband could hear her. Until he was ready to be discharged, he did not have a doctor explain his care and see if he had questions.
My son got hurt accidentally. We checked In at the Triage. We were met by a wonderful, kind, friendly and reassuring nurse. She told us my my son would be treated by the best staff ever. She said she wouldn't want anyone else taking care of her. She was right!
Thank you from my heart for being so professional and calming my elderly Father as my sister got him to your emergency room on February 25 2021. They were comforting my Father and even your Emergency Room Physician came out running and since we cannot visit due to covid, our family is confident that he is in good hands. I am so grateful to each and every one of you front lineworkers. This includes all hospital staff.
Everyone was respectful descent Hospitality from the staff resolved my situation and made me feel comfortable.... if I'm ever in the neighborhood and I need to come back I will. Thanks to everyone that put themselves In Harm's Way during these hard times!!!!
I LOVE all the nurses at St. Francis but that s about it. I ve had to go to the ER multiple times within 3 weeks due to adverse side effects from a steroid drug that they gave me for severe migraine. I dealt with different effects every single day while the med was leaving my system. Each time I went to the ER I was treated like I was basically crazy...and that it s all in my head and that it couldn t be from the medication. I would also get grief for how many times I ve been seen in the ER because of my adverse side effects. I go to an ER wanting to feel safe and taken care of and feel like they ll listen to my concerns about my health...not like a burden to help or an annoyance. I liked St. Francis for the fact also that it s close to my home but unfortunately I feel like I need to search for a new hospital as I feel uncared about in that environment which is the opposite of their job should be.
